Apartment Morena II is located in Rovinjsko Selo, which is less than a 10-minute drive (6 km) away from the town of Rovinj and its many beaches. Rovinjsko Selo is a place located on the main road leading to Rovinj. In Rovinjsko Selo there is 1 restaurant which is 300 m away from us, several coffee bars, a well-stocked larger market and shop (500 m). From the local people in Rovinjsko Selo it is possible to get extra virgin olive oil and homemade white and red wine.
Apartment Morena II is located in a separate house in the yard of the family house where its owners live. The house is located in a quiet place, has a landscaped yard with an outdoor fireplace that guests can use freely. In agreement with the guests, the hosts can help prepare the barbecue. Guests can park their vehicle in the yard in front of the apartment. Near the house there is a bicycle path leading to Rovinj or to the Lim Channel, which has the status of a protected landscape.
The apartment is 37 m2 in size and consists of: a kitchen with a dining area with an extra bed for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The capacity of the apartment is 2 + 2 persons (2 adults or a family with children).
The kitchen elements are 2.5 m long and include: gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave. The kitchen table is for 4 people.
The living room has a TV with SAT antenna.
No smoking in the apartment. Pets are welcome, by prior arrangement.
