House Eufemia is located on the northern coast of Rovinj, only 100 meters from the beach and the sea and 10 minutes walk from the city center. In our facility we offer 2 newly decorated apartments: & # 34; Rustico & # 34; and & # 34; Classico & # 34 ;. Both apartments are designed for 4 adults, and offer the possibility of an extra bed for one person. Apartment & # 34; Rustico & # 34; has 60 m2 and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen and large living room with dining area. At the entrance there is a large covered terrace with table and chairs, surrounded by palm trees and plants. Apartment & # 34; Classico & # 34; has 70 m2 and offers 2 bedrooms, separate toilet, bathroom with jacuzzi, kitchen and large living room with dining area, and each room is separated by a large hallway. At the entrance there is a covered terrace with table and chairs surrounded by green lawn. For both apartments there are 2 parking spaces in the yard.
