Magnolia House is quietly located in the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos. In the vicinity are famous taverns, as well as other facilities of the place. It is an ideal choice for everyone who is looking for privacy and wishes for a somewhat different vacation.

We offer an apartment with two bedrooms on the upper ground floor of the house. The owners live on the floor above, but the apartment has a separate entrance, thus its privacy. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. If necessary, an extra bed can be inserted. In the living room there are two sofas that are not used for sleeping. The kitchen is in a separate room and is equipped with a stove, kettle, coffee maker, large fridge with freezer and all the necessary dishes. In the bathroom, next to the bathtub with a curtain, there is also a washing machine. The terrace overlooks the courtyard and the street and has a table and chairs. The apartment has air conditioning, internet, TV, mosquito nets and hair dryer.
The yard is fenced and one parking space is provided within it.
