Patriko House is an accommodation in a quiet location in the village of Agios Nikolaos. It can be a good choice for families who want a quiet holiday and the proximity to the beach is not so important to them.
The house is about 300m from the center of the village, as well as the nearest shops and taverns, and about 2km from the nearest beach.
We offer two five-bed apartments (50m2), on the high ground floor, that is, on the first floor. Both have one French or two single beds in two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the room with the kitchen.
Apartments are air-conditioned, have covered terraces, dining table with chairs (inside and outside), internet, TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchens are equipped with a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator, an electric kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher, and they also have a washing machine. The bathrooms have a shower cabin, and there is also a pantry with a vacuum cleaner. Bedding and towels are changed every four days.
Guests can park their car in a small and fenced yard, and they also have a brick barbecue at their disposal.
