Rizes House is located in a quiet area of Agios Nikolaos in Sithonia and offers modernly decorated spacious apartments, as well as a beautifully landscaped yard, perfect for relaxing. Agios Nikolaos enchants with narrow cobbled streets, houses with stone facades, an abundance of flowers, as well as a beautiful square with taverns, a pastry shop, a pizzeria and cafes, which create a unique atmosphere. The nearest beach is about 3 km from the property.
We offer three modernly equipped apartments.
Apartment Myrtia is located on the ground floor and is intended for the stay of two adults and one child up to 12 years old. It consists of one bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa intended for a child to sleep.
Apartment Rodia is located on the first floor and is designed for a maximum of six people. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and an additional toilet that is part of one bedroom. There is one double bed in the bedrooms, while there are two sofas for one person in the living room.
Apartment Elia is located on the first floor and is designed for a maximum of five people. It has two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. One bedroom is elevated and accessible by stairs. There is a double bed in the bedrooms, while there is a sofa for one person in the living room.
Within these air-conditioned accommodation units, in which the air conditioner is located in every room, the guests have at their disposal a TV, Wi-Fi Internet, a hair dryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic rings, a large oven, a microwave oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. A dishwasher is also available in Deluxe Myrtia.
Upon request and at no additional charge, a baby cot and high chair are available to guests.
Guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony with a view of the yard or the mountain, which are equipped with sofas. There is also a landscaped yard with natural shade, where guests can enjoy the summer house, on the sofas or preparing the barbecue while the children can have fun on the children's playground.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of accommodation units and replacement of towels and bed linen is done halfway through the stay.
Private parking is available to guests, within the courtyard of the accommodation, where there are four parking spaces.
Rizes House is 3 km from Trani Ammouda beach, 8 km from Nikiti. One of the more popular resorts, Vourvuru, is 13 km away. The nearest airport is located in Thessaloniki, at a distance of 97 km.
