The yard is really nicely decorated, with lots of flowers, greenery and paths, with chairs and tables where you can enjoy and order drinks from the bar which is also located in the yard. Parking is possible along the street where the villa is located. On the beach in front of the building there are parasols and deck chairs, if you do not want to drink anything then the use is paid extra, and if you order a drink deck chairs and umbrellas are free. Accommodation is very easy to reach, if you come from the direction of Skala Potamia, when you pass Villa Almyra, turn right into the first street and after a few meters, you will notice Villa Anastasia on your left. The first market is located 500m from the accommodation. If you want accommodation in a quiet location, close to the beach, with a bar within the yard, Anastasia can be a great choice.

Akti Hotel is ideal for couples or groups of friends who like to be located in the city center, to dine in restaurants that are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and in high places in the city, go shopping, go out at night and literally all the facilities offers one tourist place at your fingertips.
