The Mare e Vista - Epaminondas Hotel Apartments, is located in Batsi, one of the most picturesque and developed villages of the island. Batsi is on the western coast of the island, at a distance of 6 km from the port of Gavrio and it is a perfect holiday resort with two sandy beaches, a lovely fishing port and a marina, beautiful houses and good-hearted people.
The hotel is situated in an excellent location, with a wonderful view overlooking the bay of Batsi and the new marina. It is in a 200 meters distance from the main beach of Batsi and 400 meters from the picturesque and isolated beach of "Colona".

There are many steps and staircases in our hotel and persons with major kinetic problems cannot be easily accommodated or move around, although almost every level of the hotel is served by a lift which leads to the indoor parking area.
