Giola House is an accommodation in Astris, near the famous Giola natural pool. The house is located in a very spacious yard of 8 ares, full of olive trees and greenery. Kalami beach is located 300-400m from the house, it is small and mostly rocky.
It is a smaller building consisting of two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. Both rooms have separate air conditioning, and TV with satellite channels. The house is equipped with brand new furniture, it is very comfortable and cozy, with a traditional fireplace. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and the other has a sofa bed and a double bed that is slightly narrower than standard. The kitchen is separate, located in the hall, fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, completely new and modern. The house also has a safe for money and valuables, a TV, a hair dryer and mosquito nets on the doors and windows. Air conditioner is in every room. The house has an area of 50m2.
On the balcony there are several tables with chairs for a large company.

The owners are very friendly and flexible, they have a vegetable garden in front of the house that guests can use.
Cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is done every 5 days, and more often if necessary in agreement with the owner.
The yard is very spacious, ideal for children to play and hang out with the brick barbecue in front of the house. There is also a shower in front of the house.
There is a private parking lot within the courtyard.
When coming from the direction of Potos, pass through Astris, at the exit from it, you will come across a bend where the Aeria hotel is located and after it you will see a sign on the right side of the highway, which says Sirines Bungalows. There you turn and drive on a somewhat steep, dirt road to Kostas house, about 400m. It is also the road that leads to Giola (a natural rock pool) and the small beach of Kalami.
Giola House is in an excellent location when it comes to visiting the beaches, because the most beautiful beaches on the island are in its immediate vicinity (Psili Ammos 2.5km, Notos 3km, Salonikios 5km, Aliki 10km...). Please note that the road to the house is steep and dirt.

St. Nikola House is located in Astris and has a wonderful view of the Aegean Sea and Mount Athos. It is the right choice for all lovers of modern and comfortable accommodation, nature lovers, as well as people who like to spend their vacation with their friends or family.
The distance from the sea is 800m, and from the nearest beach a little more than 1km. The nearest grocery store is 2 km away - Mathios market in Astris, while the next place, Potos, is 8 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the most beautiful beaches on Thassos, such as Psili Amos, Notos, Rosso Gremos, Livadi, Aliki and Salonikios.
It is a stone house built in the local style in 2010, on a plot of 480m2. The house consists of two separate and fully furnished apartments with identical structure and equipment, on the ground floor and on the first floor. The house is surrounded by lush olive groves that provide the necessary peace and quiet.
For the 2025 season, only the apartment on the first floor is available for online booking, while the owner will stay in the apartment on the ground floor.
Each apartment (90m2) has two bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen and dining room, and a bathroom. The bedrooms have one French or two single beds, while the living room has a couch that can sleep two people.
The apartments are fully equipped, air-conditioned and with modern furniture that the owners chose as if they would live there. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with a freezer, a large stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a mixer and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower cabin, a washing machine and a hairdryer. LCD TV with Serbian programs, iron with ironing board, mosquito nets and WiFi internet are also available to guests.
Cleaning, as well as changing bed linen and towels, is done every five days
The apartment on the ground floor opens onto a courtyard with a view of the sea, while the apartment on the first floor opens onto a large terrace. A spacious terrace with a view of the sea as well as the yard in front of the house provide enough space for relaxation under the clear sky. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. Guests can use the barbecue, pizza oven and pergola in the yard for relaxed sitting and dining in the shade.
Private parking is provided in the upper part of the yard.
When coming from the direction of Potos, from Astris continue on the highway for another 3 km. You will pass the Aeria hotel on the bend and you will reach the Pension Maria. After it, turn left into the street and continue straight for another 500m. The accommodation is on your left.

Astris bungalow is a house located in Astris. We are happy to recommend it to families or companies that want complete privacy, because this cottage provides exactly that. There is a barbecue and a parking lot in the large yard.
It is about 500m from the beach, and about 150m from the first supermarket and restaurant. One of the most famous beaches on Thassos, Psili Amos, is only 1 km from the bungalow. This accommodation was renovated in 2022.
The bungalow consists of one separate bedroom and is suitable for four or five people.
The bungalow (50m2) has one separate bedroom and a kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge and a stove with an oven. In the bedroom there is one double bed, narrower than standard, while in the living room there is a fold-out armchair for one person and a corner fold-out sofa that can sleep two people.
It has a veranda in the shade, wireless internet signal, air conditioning, mosquito nets, TV and bathroom with shower.
