Kalliopis houses in Astris is ideal as a base for touring the island. Nearby are the sandy beaches of Thessaloniki, Psili Ammos and Notos. We recommend it to families with small children because of the large yard, but also to those who want privacy during their vacation and do not like large complexes with many guests.
It is 500m away from the city beach of Astrisa, and about 1.5km from the beach of Psiliamos. Mathios market is 200m from the accommodation.
Kalliopis Houses consists of two new buildings with four apartments, located in a huge courtyard full of olive trees, greenery and flowers. The facilities are identical and have one apartment each on the ground floor and on the first floor, which are exactly the same. The apartments are the same, except that you can see the sea from the terrace of the apartment on the first floor.
From the 2025 season, only one apartment is available for online booking.
Apartments (45m2) are spacious and consist of two rooms. In the first room there are two single beds and a kitchen, and in the second two single beds and a wardrobe. An extra bed can also be inserted. The entrance to the apartment on the ground floor is from the front of the house, and to the apartment on the first floor from the back, so both have enough privacy.
The apartments are air-conditioned and have TV, WiFi, safe, kitchen, bathroom and mosquito nets. The kitchen is well equipped and, in addition to the stove, has a toaster, a coffee machine, an electric jug, utensils and dishes. The terraces are spacious with seating.
The owner leaves bed linen and towels at the beginning of the stay, and you can arrange cleaning with her on the spot.
The yard is really very spacious, with a lot of grassy area with toys for children in the shade of olive trees. There is also a brick grill, benches, as well as tables and chairs in the shade. Two buildings can accommodate a total of four families, so there is never a crowd or noise in the yard.
The parking lot is located within the yard.
The accommodation is located at the exit from Astris, seen from the direction of Prinos, 5km east of Potos, opposite the gas station, on the left side of the highway.
Kalliopis Houses is an ideal choice for everyone who likes accommodation in a quiet location surrounded by greenery, removed from the city. At the same time, the center of Astris, where there are several restaurants and a supermarket, can be reached in 4-5 minutes of easy walking, and Potos, where there is a lot of content for tourists, is only a five-minute drive away.
