Small Houses is an accommodation consisting of three buildings. It is very modest but favorable. It is located in a quiet part of Astris.
Accommodation is located 800 meters from the beach.
In the yard there are three houses of older construction, decorated in a traditional style and renovated in 2014.
The first building is a four-bed apartment (20m2). In the living room there is an equipped kitchen and one double bed with dimensions narrower than standard (for two children up to 10 years old), while in the bedroom there is one double bed. In front of the entrance is a terrace with a table and chairs.
The second object is a four-bed maisonette (35m2) on two levels. The ground floor consists of a bedroom with a French bed and a kitchen with two single beds. From this room, stairs lead to the second bedroom upstairs. It also has a double bed (1.40x1.90m), and the ceiling in this room is low. The terrace is glazed and has chairs and a table.
The third building is a three-bed maisonette (25m2) on two levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and one single bed, while on the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an exit to a very small wooden terrace with a view of the sea. The bathroom is separate and has a separate entrance. There is a table and chairs in front of the entrance to the maisonette.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a kitchen, bathroom, TV, WiFi and mosquito nets.
Bringing electrical devices such as ovens, microwave ovens, grills, cookers and the like is not allowed.
Cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is done every five days.
In the yard, guests can use a barbecue, as well as a private parking lot.
The first market is 150 meters away.
Astris is located 5 km from Potos. Coming from the direction of Potos, in Astris, pass the Mathios market and turn into the first street on the left behind Villa Elista. At 250-300m on the right side of the street you will see Small Houses.
Small Houses can be a good choice for families with children, as well as guests who are not demanding because the accommodation is modest, and they want peace and quiet in the yard with a cooler and a barbecue area.
