The double studio (25m2) consists of one king size French bed. This unit is located on the first floor and overlooks the street. Owners can insert an extra bed, if there is a need for it. The owners lease a part of the land next to the accommodation, which serves as a parking lot, so that a parking space is provided to all guests of this accommodation. The first restaurants, souvenir shops and the promenade are within walking distance, which is a special convenience. This facility is located in the center of Limenaria, some 160m from the small town beach. It offers two rooms (without kitchen) on the second floor - one double, called Limenaria (23m2) and one three-bed, called Kastro (39m2). Naoum Luxury Rooms is an accommodation that can host guests who are over 15 years old. The double room has one French bed. There is a mini fridge and a kettle in the room, as well as a wardrobe. If the guests wish, the owners can insert two single beds instead of a French one, but this must be emphasized before booking. The triple room is similar in design to the double room, it has one French bed, and there is another single bed for the third person. Like the double room, this unit has a small fridge and a kettle. A wardrobe is also available. Both accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning and a TV, a safe, a hairdryer, a bathroom with a glass partition and a balcony with a side view of the sea. It is located at the entrance to Limenaria in a quiet part of the resort and is ideal for larger families or groups of friends who want comfortable and spacious accommodation. The beach is 500m away. The accommodation is 600m from the nearest store, 500m from the restaurant, and 1km from the center of Limenaria, where all the cafes, taverns, shops and the promenade are located. It is a duplex apartment (130m2) with a capacity of up to seven people (maximum of six adults and one child up to 10 years old). The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a spacious living room with two sofa beds, which makes it suitable for larger families or a group of friends. The accommodation is modernly equipped and provides a high level of comfort. Guests have at their disposal three air conditioners, three televisions, wireless Internet, mosquito nets and a hair dryer. It is a quiet and green environment with beautiful stone houses, at a sufficiently large distance from each other that provides privacy and peace. The houses are equipped with quality furniture, are very clean and are perfect for a real vacation. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the center of Limenaria and 200 m from the beach, which is partly sandy and partly rocky. The complex consists of eight separate buildings. The houses have different surfaces and consist of one or two rooms. Most have a view of the sea from a balcony or veranda. The houses are equipped with a combination of ethnic and modern style furniture. The furniture is of high quality and new. They have an area between 40-60m2. One type of facility has a kitchen and two single beds and one sofa for a child. The veranda of this building offers a beautiful view of the sea. There is also a fireplace in the living room. The two houses have two separate rooms with two sofas and two single beds. Apart from the ground floor houses, there are also two on two levels (maisonettes) which on the ground floor have a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with two sofas and an extra bed and on the first floor a bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom. Only maisonettes have a small oven. Most of the bungalows have a fireplace in the living room, all have their own brick grill and fountain, as well as a kiosk for dining, resting and enjoying the shade, their own parking space. Since the walls of the house are made of stone, the internet signal is quite weak inside, but that's why it is excellent on the terraces and in the yard. All bungalows have mosquito nets on the doors and windows. Cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is done every three days. The yard is huge, full of greenery, flowers and olive trees. Also, in front of each house there is a place to sit and enjoy the shade. Parking is provided. When you come from the direction of Prinos/Limenas and you reach Iris Gold, turn left and head uphill where after a few meters you will come across a turn to the right. That dirt road will lead you to the gate of the accommodation. If you want peace, heavenly surroundings, the shade of olive trees, privacy and a real vacation, then Arsinoe bungalows are an excellent choice. In addition, being located in the south of the island, they are an excellent base for touring the island.
