The specificity of this building is that in some studios the bathroom or kitchen is physically separated from the room, and belongs only to the guests who stay there (have a key), so they are not common rooms. An extra bed can be added to some of the studios. Cleaning, as well as change of towels and bed linen, is done every three days. The yard is very small, but the building is covered with various flowers, by which you can immediately recognize it. Private parking does not exist, so guests leave their vehicles in the immediate vicinity.
