In the living room there is a sofa that can sleep one person. Air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster are at guests' disposal. Guests can enjoy the veranda equipped with seating and prepare a barbecue with family and friends. Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and with an additional fee. The villa is organized as a three-storey maisonette and can accommodate up to six adults and one child. In the basement there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the next level, that is, on the first floor, there is a living room with a dining room, while the kitchen, another bedroom and an additional bathroom are located a few steps above this level. One bedroom in the basement has two single beds, while the other has a double pull-out bed. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a sofa. Guests have access to air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, TV, WiFi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, a stove with four ceramic rings and a large oven, a dishwasher and a kettle. Pets are not allowed. Guests come to clean accommodation and take care of hygiene during their stay. Bed linen and towels are provided, and guests change them as needed. Private parking is provided within the facility. The port of Skala Prinos is about 3 km away and offers a variety of facilities, including car rental, diving and day trips. The Archaeological Museum of Thassos in Limenas is 14 km away, while Kavala Airport is about 38 km away.

The first one, the one closest to the main road, is not available for online bookings. The second one, a little closer to the pool, is the Vranas villa. Hotel Vranas is located in the building closest to the swimming pool. There are 10 studios in Villa Vranas in total, but only two on the first floor are available for online booking. They are intended for families of four and have an area between 30-35m2. Each studio has a double bed and a sofa bed. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed, only a baby cot. The kitchens are equipped as standard, with a fridge and stove. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain. Some studios have sea views. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every three days. The yard is spacious, full of greenery and has a swimming pool and a bar. There are enough parking spaces for all guests. Villa Vranas is located in Skala Sotiros, at the entrance to the town, just before the church and the gas station. If you come from Limenas via Skala Prinos, at the entrance to Skala Sotiros, on the right, you will see a restaurant surrounded by greenery and a large Vranas sign. The turn for Villa Vranas is right after the restaurant, towards the sea. The villa itself is part of the Vranas complex, there is also a building called the Vranas Hotel. Skala Sotiros is a small town. There are several tavernas, grocery stores, bars and a cute little sandy beach. The first bigger place compared to Skala Sotiros is 15 km away (Limenaria). Skala Prinos and Skala Marijes are a few kilometers away from Skala Sotiors and offer slightly more content than Skala Sotiros.

Each apartment has a TV and air conditioning, a bathroom, a safe, a mini kitchen and a terrace with seating. Wireless internet signal is available in the courtyard, by the pool, in the bar, on the terraces of most apartments and in some rooms. Cleaning is done every two days, and towels and bed linen are changed every three days. Given that the hotel has its own restaurant, you can pay extra for breakfast, which is buffet-style. Amfitriti Apartments is one of the most popular accommodations in our offer and fills up quickly. Studios and apartments located in a spacious green courtyard can be rented at affordable prices. Parking is available for guests. The accommodation is located about 200m from the beach in Skala Sotiros. The nearest beach is sandy, with a gradual depth, and other amenities offered by this small place are nearby. The villa is surrounded by olive groves and is located in a very quiet part of town. The first thing you notice when you come across is a large and beautifully decorated yard, everything is perfectly clean and meticulous, a real little paradise for families with children. Amfitriti Apartments is a really nice villa built in 2008, with eight studios (25m2) and three apartments (40-60m2) decorated with new and modern furniture. The two studios are located a few steps below the courtyard level, but have a comfortable common sitting area in front of the entrance. Studios have two single beds and one sofa bed. The larger apartment is located on the second floor and has one double bed and two single sofas in the bedroom. Two smaller apartments are on the first floor (high ground floor), and have one double bed and a sofa bed. One studio (No. 10) on the ground floor (basement) on the other side of the house has three beds, and the other (No. 11) has four beds. The triple has two single beds, a sofa bed and one window, while the other has two single beds, a sofa bed for two people and two windows. Their area is between 15-20m2. The veranda in front of these studios is shared. Only these two accommodation units have mosquito nets on the windows. The internet is a bit weaker, because there is only one router. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. The yard is full of toys for children and more importantly very spacious and clean, full of flowers, trees and shade. In the yard there is also a covered kiosk with a brick grill and furniture for sitting, socializing and dining. Within the courtyard there is a restaurant run by the same owners. Unfortunately, this restaurant will not be open in the 2024 season. Parking is provided for all guests. Coming from the direction of Prinos, after the Napoleon restaurant you will come across a pharmacy, after which you should turn left. Continue straight on that road for another 100m, then turn right and the road will bring you in front of Amfitriti Apartments. Amfitriti Apartments is one of our favorites for families with small children. It suits everyone who wants comfortable apartments, a large and clean yard with a nice lawn, lots of toys and a place for children to play, with lots of flowers, greenery and shade, and an excellent restaurant in a separate part of the yard. It is an ideal base for visiting the island, offering peace and relaxation in every sense of the word, without traffic and noise nearby.

Yalos Beach Maisonettes offers guests modernly furnished maisonettes on two levels that can accommodate up to four people. The accommodation has a spacious yard and all units have terraces from which you can enjoy the view of the sea and sunsets. In front of the accommodation there are two smaller beaches, while the city beach is 700m away and is located in the center of the town where all the shops and taverns are. There are five maisonettes with a beautiful view of the sea. They are all decorated in the same way and have an area of ​​about 35m2. The only difference is that two units have an open gallery, while the remaining three have an upstairs bedroom that is separated by a door. One double bed is located on the ground floor, while the other is on the upper floor, and the maisonettes can accommodate a maximum of four people. An extra bed cannot be inserted, only a cot. The kitchen is equipped and has a stove, a cooker and a large refrigerator. In the bathrooms, there is a shower cabin with a glass partition, except for the units with an open gallery, they only have a shower and tiles, with the fact that the shower is open only on one side, with the remaining three being a wall. Units number 5 and 6 have an additional bathroom. All units have air conditioning, while the units with a separate bedroom have two, TV, internet, mosquito nets and hair dryer. Laundry service is available. We also offer one double studio with a double bed, located on the ground floor. During their stay, guests take care of the hygiene of the maisonette themselves, while towels and bed linen are changed every four days. The yard is spacious and all the terraces overlook it. Private parking is provided for all guests of the accommodation. Coming from the direction of Limenas, turn right when you reach Annouda's Maisons and drive downhill to the sea. You will see your accommodation on the right side of the road. Maisonettes are an ideal choice for families or larger groups looking for accommodation with a yard in a quiet place, near the sea.

Vranas Fylaktos Villa is located near the sandy beach of Skala Sotiros and offers two studios on the top floor that have spacious terraces with beautiful sea and mountain views. Accommodation has affordable prices and very nice owners who are always available to guests. The villa is located in a very quiet place, about 200m from the sea. The closest beach nearby is the city beach and is located in the center of town. It is a decent accommodation in which two studios on the third floor are available for online booking. One has a beautiful view of the sea, a double bed and a sofa bed, while the other overlooks the mountain and partly the sea and has three single beds. All studios have a kitchen, bathroom, terrace, air conditioning and TV. Accommodation units have an area of ​​about 25m2. It is not possible to add an extra bed. Both studios have a large terrace with a breathtaking view. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The villa does not have a private parking lot, but since it is located a little outside the crowd, there is enough free space around it for safe and free parking. Seen from the direction of Prinos, this villa is located on the left side of the highway, and the turn for it is right after the EKO pump at the entrance to Skala Sotiros. As soon as you pass the pump, turn left and after ten meters right, and the road will lead you to your accommodation, on the right side of the street.
