The owners are very pleasant and unobtrusive people, so there is no doubt that you will feel at home. It is about 280m from the Vurnelis beach, and about 1.4km from the center. It is a very interesting building built of stone and wood. It offers 12 accommodation units - two apartments, two studios and eight rooms without a kitchen. There are two apartments on the ground floor, one of which can host four and the other up to six people. In the apartment (32m2), which can accommodate four people, there is one double bed in the bedroom and bunk beds in the living room. The apartment (40m2) which is designed for a maximum of six people, consists of one bedroom with one double bed and a living room with two sofa beds. There are also two studios on the ground floor that can accommodate three to four people. The three-bed studio consists of one French bed and a couch for one person, while the four-bed studio consists of one French bed and a sofa bed, dimensions 1.20 x 1.80. The area of ​​a studio in which a maximum of three people can stay is 20m2, while the area of ​​a four-bed studio is 25m2. In addition to studios and apartments, there are also five rooms without a kitchen on the ground floor (there is a common room in the yard). There are two triple rooms (one has a double bed and a sofa bed, while the other two rooms are equipped with one double bed and an extra bed), two double rooms with one double bed and one four-bed room with a double bed and bunk beds. On the first floor, there are three double rooms with one double bed. The area of ​​the rooms varies and is on average from 16m2 to 19m2. An extra bed can be added to double rooms/studios. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a bathroom, most have a terrace or veranda and WiFi internet. A baby cot is available on request. Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days. The yard is truly the greatest value of this villa. It is fenced, lots of shade, green space, toys for children and furniture for sitting and enjoying. There is also a brick grill and kitchen for preparing meals, as well as plenty of tables and chairs for dining. We believe that everyone would enjoy the thick shade with their family and friends, in the comfort that this beautifully landscaped yard provides. The accommodation does not have private parking, but you can park along the road in front of the entrance to the facility. The accommodation is located at the exit from Limenas towards Skala Prinos. After getting off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive along the main road by the sea (about 300m). When you reach the part where the narrow road leads straight to the Vournelis Hotel and the beach of the same name, continue following the main road and turn left. After about 150m you will reach the first big intersection (with Dimitriadu street) and turn right there. A hundred meters further you will see the villas Albatros and Roxani, and finally the villa Molos on the right side of the street. The accommodation has a very friendly owner, decent studios and reasonable prices for Limenas. The accommodation is 800m away from the city beach. This facility consists of eight studios, which are spread over two floors (four on each floor). The first floor consists of two double-bed studios, equipped with one double bed and two three-bed studios with one double bed and one single bed. On the second floor there are two more two-bed and two three-bed studios. The two-bed studios on the second floor have one double bed, while the three-bed studios on the first floor have one double and one single bed. The area of ​​accommodation units in this villa is about 25m2. The terraces are medium in size. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every third day and bed linen is changed every fifth day. The accommodation units are spacious and air-conditioned, and they are meticulously maintained. Eden Villa is located in the wider center of Limenas, in Dimitriadu Street, near the supermarket. It is about 1 km from the city center, and about 1.5 km from the city beach. The nearest beach is Vournelis (650m). Tarsanas beach is about 800m from the villa, in the extension of Vournelis beach. It is a new and beautiful complex consisting of two buildings, with a swimming pool in the courtyard surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, and a bar by the pool. The villa has a total of 16 studios for 2-3 people. Most of them are two-bed studios, a total of nine, while the remaining seven studios are designed for the stay of three people. They have standard square footage (25m2) and are very comfortable to stay in. They meet the standards of all tourists, and in support of that, the English are the most frequent guests. The yard is large, beautifully decorated, full of greenery and shade. When you get off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive by the sea on the main road (about 300m). After 150m you will reach the first big intersection (with Dimitriadu Street), turn left there and after about a hundred meters you will reach Villa Eden (on the right side of the street on the way to Prinos). The nearest market is about a hundred meters from the accommodation. You can park next to the villa. It is very close to all amenities in the city, promenades, shops and restaurants. Limenas is also excellent as a base for touring the island, as it is very close to the most beautiful beaches such as Mermerna (6km), Makrijamos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pahis (8km).

In the second bedroom there are three single beds, while in the dining room there is also a couch for two children. Alekos 1 also has two bathrooms. The apartment on the first floor, namely Alekos 2, also consists of two bedrooms and a dining room. One bedroom has a double bed in its composition, while the other has two single beds. There is also a sofa in the dining room and it is possible to add an extra bed. Unlike Alekos 1, this accommodation unit has one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the terrace is very spacious. Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every three days. In the yard there is also a veranda, available to all guests of this accommodation, as well as a barbecue that you can use. The accommodation has a private parking lot. When you disembark from the ferry, turn right and just continue straight until you reach the main road where you will turn left and continue straight to the intersection where you will turn left again. Continue straight and after about 400m turn left and you will see a two-story building on your left. If you want quality accommodation not far from the beach, yet in a quiet location, Alekos villa can be an excellent choice. It was rated with the highest possible rating by guests. The accommodation is located in the center of Limenas, in the old port, 50 meters from the sea. The beach is about 150m away, as well as the nearest shop and bakery. Hrisogelou Apartment (80m2) has two air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious living room and a bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has two pull-out sofas. The kitchen is well equipped, and the guests have at their disposal a safe, hair dryer, washing machine, TV, WiFi internet and mosquito nets. The studios are located in a neighboring building in relation to Kipos Holiday Apartments, sharing a courtyard and a swimming pool. This facility offers a total of three two-bed studios (24m2) on the ground floor, each with two joined single beds. They have a small kitchen - a small fridge and two hotplates. They are air-conditioned and have a TV. In front of the studio is a narrow terrace with a table and chairs. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days and then the units are cleaned. There is a barbecue in the yard.

It is also just a few minutes away from the promenade, which is full of shops and restaurants. The owners speak Serbian. It is about 100 meters from the city center, and 400 meters from the city beach. The owners live on the first floor of the house, and the apartment on the ground floor (3 steps below street level) is rented out. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small living room, kitchen and bathroom. In front of the apartment is a table with chairs. The wireless internet signal is good. A baby cot is available upon request when booking. Pets are allowed only with the permission of the owner. Accommodation units are cleaned every third day, and towels and bed linen are changed every fifth day. After disembarking from the ferry, it is better to drive to the opposite side from the center (to the right of disembarking from the ferry), since from disembarking from the ferry you cannot drive to the left towards the hotel, because the streets in that part are one-way. You need to go around the center of the town and enter Megalou Alexandrou or Archaiologikis Scholis street, drive straight until you reach the intersection where the left goes to the center and the right goes to the Philoxenia Inn hotel. Continue straight and pass by the mentioned hotel, then by the church on the right and right across from the school, the second house on the right is Irina's apartment. This accommodation is an excellent choice for all people who want to be accommodated in a bigger place, close to all city events and beautiful beaches, and a big plus is that the Marble Beach, which is one of the important things on the island, is only 6 km from this place.

It is a new, modern and very clean accommodation that is one of the most sought after in Limenas. It has a nice yard with a swimming pool, friendly owners and excellent reviews from previous guests. The accommodation is 250 meters from Vournelis beach and 1 km from the city center. It is a newer accommodation, built in 2015. It consists of 13 accommodation units distributed over two floors and in two buildings, i.e. on the ground floor and on the first floor. All studios in the first building overlook the pool while the second building overlooks the courtyard. There are eight studios in the first building and five in the second. On the high ground floor of the first building there is one two-bed, three three-bed and one four-bed studio. The two-bed studio has one double bed, the three-bed studio has two single beds and a pull-out chair, while the four-bed studio has one double bed, a single bed and a pull-out chair. On the first floor of the first building there is one double-bed studio with a double bed, one three-bed studio with a double bed and a sofa bed and two four-bed studios, one of which has a double bed, one single bed and a sofa bed, while the other has one double bed and a sofa bed for two people, and there is a partition between these two types of beds (double bed and sofa). Studios in this building range in size from 28m2 to 34m2. On the high ground floor of the second building there are five luxury studios (20m2) that were renovated in 2021. Bivas Apartments is an accommodation in Limenas, not far from the center and just a step away from the beach. These are new, very high quality and spacious apartments. They have a great location, are well maintained and clean. The center of Limenas is 500 m from the accommodation, and the first supermarket (Masutis) where you can also buy bakery products, is 100 m away. The apartments are 50m from the beach. It is a newly built building that offers eight apartments - six six-bed apartments with two bedrooms (about 72 m2) and two four-bed apartments with one bedroom (about 55 m2) and three studios. Four apartments are located on the ground floor and have a partial view of the sea due to the olive trees in front of the accommodation. The remaining four apartments on the first floor have a fantastic view of the sea. Three studios are located on the ground floor (viewed from the direction of the sea, from the front they are in the basement, because it is a cascade construction). Six-bed apartments have a double bed in one bedroom, while the other has two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa for one person and a sofa bed. One six-bed apartment on the ground floor does not have two balconies available, but only one. Also, there is another six-bed apartment (no. 26) which has a smaller terrace compared to the other apartments. The four-bed apartments are equipped with French beds in the bedroom, while the living room has a couch for one person and a pull-out armchair. Studio R1 (28 m2) consists of one French bed and a couch for one child and can accommodate two adults and one child up to 12 years old.
