Coming to Potos from the direction of Limenaria, at the central intersection continue straight towards the exit and drive another kilometer. You will see Villa Elsa about 100 meters after the Klimataria restaurant, on the left side of the highway, opposite the turn for the Atrium hotel. The studios are equipped with wrought iron beds and the furniture is a bit more modern. On the ground floor there is a double studio with a double bed and a folding armchair for one person, so the studio can also accommodate three people. On the first floor there are four studios, two with three beds and two with four beds. Three-bed studios have either one French and one single bed or three single beds. While the four-bed studios have one double bed and bunk beds. On the second floor, the studio structure is the same. Each studio has air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets and WiFi signal. There is also a Disney Plus channel available which is great for both kids and adults. The kitchen is equipped, and from 2024, the kitchen will also have a Nespresso coffee machine, and the owners provide two Nespresso capsules per day. The area of ​​the studio is between 20 and 25 m2. For the 2023 season, the owners have replaced the mattresses on all beds to ensure comfort. It is located next to the promenade in Potos, but it is sheltered from the noise by another house. Supermarket, bakery, promenade, cafes, beach, everything is nearby. Famelia Lampiris is located in the street seen from the direction of Limenaria just before the central intersection, on the right. The house is on the right when you enter the street. If you want one of the best locations in Potos (under the highway), to have everything accessible in a few steps, then this villa is the right choice.

Venetia studios is a newly built villa in the heart of Potos, right behind the church. It is located a minute from all amenities. This accommodation is located in Potos, as we mentioned in the introduction, and it is 200m away from the city beach. The first store is 130m away and the bakery is 240m away, so we can say that everything is in the immediate vicinity. This accommodation offers seven units - four four-bed (30-35m2) and three three-bed studios (25m2), spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a newly built three-bed studio (No. 7), with one French bed and one single bed. Guests of this studio have a private sitting area in front of their unit. On the first floor there are three studios, that is, two four-bed studios (number #3 and number #1) and one three-bed studio (number #2). The four-bed studios are equipped in the same way, they have three single beds and one trundle bed, and the only difference is in square footage, since studio number #3 has 30m2 and studio number #1 has 35m2. The three-bed studio is equipped with one French and one single bed. On the second floor, like the first floor (the layout is identical), there are two four-bed studios (number #4 and number #6) and one three-bed studio (number #5). Like the studios on the first floor, the studios on this floor have three single beds and one pull-out bed, while the three-bed studio has a double bed as well as one single. Studio number #4 is larger than studio #6, considering that it has 35m2 as opposed to the other studio which has 30m2. To get to it, from the direction of Limenaria, at the central intersection in Potos, you should turn left (at the Luna Park) and about 50 meters after the gas station, turn right and then into the first dead end on the right, near Villa Joana.

The villa is excellent for larger groups and all those who want to be in the center of the action, close to the beach, promenade and shops. The accommodation is located in the heart of Potos, 30m from the center of Potos (although it is located on the promenade that is parallel to the beach) and 150m from the beach. Fedra House is a two-story house, which offers four apartments (36m2), one three-bed (18m2) and three two-bed studios (16m2). On the first floor there are two apartments (number 1 and 4), as well as two double studios (number 2 and 3). The apartments consist of a separate bedroom with a French bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people. There is one double bed in the studios. On the second floor, on the sides of the house, there are two other apartments with corner terraces. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two more people. Within the living room there is a kitchen with a dining table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The terraces of the apartments are very long, but narrow, so a large balcony with study furniture can be used for sitting. On this floor there is also another double studio (No. 7), which has a French bed, while Studio No. 6 also has a folding armchair, so it can host up to three people. The studios have a kitchen, bathroom, TV and air conditioning. In front of the entrance to these units there is a large common terrace with seating area. The villa has wireless internet. Apartments and studios lead to a spacious balcony with furniture for sitting and enjoying. The terraces on the second floor offer a beautiful view of the sea. Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every five days. The yard is not too big, but it is spacious enough for barbecuing with a brick grill and tables and chairs placed in the shade. There is no private parking, but there is a free public parking at the beginning of the same street (150m from the house). Coming from the direction of Limenaria, immediately after the Aleksandra Beach Hotel, turn right, descending towards the sea. After 200m on the right side of the alley you will see a small market. Keep going and after a few meters you will see a house on the left with a hair salon and a shop selling honey products on the ground floor. In the shop are the owners Phaedra who will take you to your accommodation. Phaedra House is located just behind the shop and hair salon and is not visible from the main street. If you want accommodation in the heart of the town, a step away from the promenade and all facilities, Fedra House is an excellent choice. If you are a guest of Irini Apartments, it is advisable to have a car, because the facilities in the place (promenades, shops, souvenir shops, taverns and the beach) are about 1 km away. Irina's apartments can also serve as an excellent base for visiting the island because they are in the south of the island, which is known for some of the most beautiful beaches, starting from Psiliamos, via Tripiti, Notos, Rosso Gremos, San Antonio to Aliki. Theologos which is also close by is one of the most famous traditional villages of Thassos and is also known for its excellent lamb. If proximity to the beach is not important to you, you want to explore Thassos and you like Greek cuisine, Irina's apartments are an excellent choice. The villa is located on the main road to the ethnic village of Teologos, which is reached when you turn left from the central intersection in Potos if you are coming from the direction of Limenaria or right if you are coming from the direction of Astris. The courtyard of the villa is small and guests can use the portable barbecue there. The villa has no private parking. Public parking is nearby, at the intersection in Potos, and costs 3e per day. You can reach the villa by coming from the direction of Limenaria to the central intersection in Potos. At the intersection, turn right along the promenade towards the sea, then turn right again into the first alley, next to the Afrodite supermarket and Mama's fast food restaurant.
