It is the (7th) year that the traditional windmill-villa operates as a hotel A class 4 (****), starting at 01/06/2012 to 30/09/2012. It can be rented at least for one week (7 days) for the whole building, without service (not for B&B), with transfer from/to port by car.
It is only one house, in the ground floor is the kitchen and WC, it consists from 2 floors, with 2 beds on each one and can't be rented separated.
The distance from the sea is ~20m private, with rocks-plates (look the pictures). The villa and the place is safety and wonderful, with sea-view in 3 directions.
During your stay, no other people can live in the windmill.
The price for the whole villa for 7 days (one week) and for 4 persons is 7x350=2.450Euros for July-August, 7x300=2.100Euros for June and September and 7x250=1.750Euros for May. For 2 persons the price is 70% of the above listed (except August).
There is an everyday itinerary by the Sea-Jet from Piraeus to Koufonissi and by the Blue-Star Naxos from Piraeus to Naxos, early in the morning at 7.20am. Every Sunday, Wednesday and Friday at 17.20pm the Blue-Star ferries Naxos departs from Piraeus directly to Koufonissi and arrives at midnight late. Every Monday, Thursday and Saturday at 6.55am the Blue-Star ferries Naxos departs from Koufonissi directly to Piraeus. The nearest airport to the island is Naxo's airport. There is an everyday flight from Athens at 12.30 and arrives on Naxos at 13.50pm.
