Five-Star Luxury Pool Villa is located about 1 km from Elani Beach, on the west coast of the Kassandra Peninsula. It is approximately 4 km away from the town of Siviri, while the nearest shop is about 3 km away.
This villa is a maisonette on two levels, intended for a maximum of six adults. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and dining room, one bedroom and a bathroom. There are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The bathroom on the ground floor and one bathroom upstairs have a shower cabin, while the bathroom belonging to the bedroom with a double bed on the first floor has a hydromassage tub. Verandas and balconies, equipped with seating, offer a beautiful view of the sea and a pleasant environment for morning and evening rest.
The villa is air-conditioned and guests have at their disposal free WiFi, flat-screen TV in every room, hairdryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic rings and a large oven, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster. On the ground floor there is a wardrobe equipped with an ironing board and an iron. A baby cot is available on request, at no extra charge. The stay of pets is allowed with agreement.
In the well-maintained yard there is a swimming pool (water quality is checked twice a week), deckchairs by the pool, sofas and a place to prepare a barbecue with family and friends.
Cleaning of accommodation, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every seven days. On request and for an additional fee, it is possible to organize more frequent cleaning. For a stay of seven nights, no cleaning is charged, while for a stay longer than seven nights, an additional cleaning fee is required.
Guests can park their vehicles behind the yard, in front of the building.
When turning towards Elani beach, you need to turn right (opposite the coast), then left after 20 m and continue uphill to the first rows of houses. After passing the first row of houses in the complex, you should turn left, then right after 50 m, and continue straight for another 100 m to the last house on the hill. Next to it, there is an uphill driveway that leads to the accommodation and allows parking in front of the yard.
