If you are looking for modern and tastefully furnished accommodation close to the beach, but outside the town, Avlion Apartments in the area of Elia, near Nikiti, can be an excellent choice for your vacation. Air-conditioned four-bed studios with internet access, privacy due to the small number of units, a nice yard and a good position for visiting the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia are just some of the advantages of this accommodation.
Avlion Apartments is located in the Elia beach area, 290m from the beach and about eight kilometers from Nikiti. The accommodation is located under the main road, and near the beach there is also a small market where guests can stock up on basic necessities.
The house has six studios, renovated in 2018, with a capacity for up to four people. All studios are decorated very similarly, with a double bed and a sofa bed the size of a double bed (suitable for two children).
The kitchen area is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, and the necessary dishes. Some of the units have a shower cabin, and some have a shower bath. The terraces are private, with seating, a grill separates them from each other, they are covered with an awning and have clothes dryers. Everything is furnished in a modern, beautiful, tasteful way, and the hygiene is up to par. The units are air-conditioned, with internet access, TV, mosquito nets. It is possible to use a washing machine for an additional fee.
The accommodation has a spacious yard with lawn, shower, parking, barbecue, seating furniture.
You will find the way to the Avlion accommodation very easily - just take the main Nikiti-Sarti road and, about 7-8 km from Nikiti, opposite the Helena accommodation (you will see a sign on your left) you will see the Avlion accommodation.
We would like to point out that, although it is located outside the populated area, we would not recommend the Avlion accommodation to families who crave absolute silence, since the facility is located right below the main road, which is busy in the season.
