Eco Electra Villa is a luxury accommodation facility close to Elia Beach that offers an authentic royal vacation experience, in absolute privacy and seclusion. It is an extremely comfortable villa with a fireplace, fully equipped with high-quality furniture, tucked away in a quiet location next to a private pool, far from crowds and mass tourism.
It is located within a complex that has direct access to the beach, about 100 meters from the sandy shore. The nearest store is about 400m away, along the beach road. Nikiti and Neos Marmaras are about 8km away. The reception does not exist due to maximum discretion, so it is necessary to announce your arrival in order for the official to unlock the villa. Security within the complex is present every day.
The villa (90m2) can host up to four adults. It consists of a large furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a balcony with a view of the sea, a private swimming pool (32m2) and a large fenced garden surrounded by greenery (330m2).
The kitchen in the villa is fully equipped with a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, and the water is drinkable thanks to the built-in filters.
The bedrooms have one comfortable double bed, each room has air conditioning, and the bathroom has glass shower cabins, cosmetics and a hair dryer.
The villa has WiFi internet, mosquito nets, SAT TV and a safe.
Bed linen and towels are changed (as well as cleaning) after three nights, and laundry and ironing services are also available.
Pool and beach towels (as well as sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach) are provided, and their use is included in the accommodation rental price.
The stay of pets is allowed, with prior agreement with the owners.
The villa has its own completely private yard (from which you cannot see other villas that are part of the same complex), which is fenced and secured with a sliding gate that can be opened remotely.
A private and covered parking space is available.
If you are coming from the direction of Nikiti, the easiest way to get to the villa is to turn off the main road into the street on the right at a distance of about one kilometer after passing the turn for the large hotel Lily Ann.
