Elia Apartments Sithonia could be a good choice if you are looking for a good base for visiting Sithonia, in a quiet and safe location near the sea. The accommodation is located in the area of Elia (about 8 km from Nikiti) and offers spacious apartments and bungalows. A large and beautifully landscaped yard full of greenery, private parking, air-conditioned and well-maintained accommodation units with mosquito nets, internet and hairdryer are just some of the advantages of this accommodation.
It is located only 90m from Elia beach, which can be reached by stairs. This part of the beach is not organized, but therefore privacy is almost guaranteed. If you still want to frolic on the organized beach, there is a beach bar 300m from the accommodation where you can use deckchairs with a drink. The store is about 800m away and is stocked with basic groceries. A van with pastries passes every day (around 10 am) on the street in front of the accommodation, and for larger purchases there are large markets along the highway in Nikiti (8 km) Masutis, Galaksias, Vassilopoulos...
It has 12 accommodation units, ten five-bed apartments (60m2) and two bungalows (25m2). Two apartments and bungalows are located on the ground floor and have a view of the courtyard, and of the remaining apartments located on the upper ground floor and on the first floor, six overlook the sea and two overlook the courtyard.
The apartments have two joined single beds in the bedroom, one folding couch the size of a narrow French bed and a sofa in the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The maximum capacity of the apartment is five people (four adults and a child).
The bungalows in the same room each have a double bed and a small sofa, an equipped kitchen with a large stove, a fridge with a freezer, the necessary dishes, an electric kettle and a coffee machine, as well as a bathroom with a shower. They are adapted for a maximum of two adults and one child up to 10 years old. In front of each bungalow is a clothes dryer and a table with chairs for hours of rest and enjoyment with morning coffee.
The advantage of this accommodation is a spacious and fenced yard with plenty of natural shade, a barbecue, a summer house and a covered private parking lot with enough space for everyone.
Towels and bed linen are changed, as well as cleaning, every three days. Pets are not allowed.
You will find accommodation easily. Driving along the highway Nikiti - Sarti, 120m after you see Lily Ann Beach Hotel on the right, turn into the street on the right and drive another 400m until you reach Elia Apartments Sithonia.
