Pergiali House is an accommodation within a private complex on Elia Beach. It consists of only one accommodation unit, so it promises peace and a sense of privacy. It is in very good condition, decorated in a traditional style dominated by a combination of wood and stone, and the rooms are furnished with taste, they are fresh and pleasant.
Across the quiet street there is a fenced area with plenty of natural shade (very pleasant for sitting) and an equipped playground for children. From there, you can go down the stairs to the beach, which is almost private in that part, it is narrow, pebbly and unkempt, but beautiful. Apart from a couple of traditional taverns and a shop with basic necessities in the area, there is no tourist offer, so you will have to drive to Neos Marmaras or Nikiti (10 km) for entertainment or shopping.
The apartment is located on the ground floor (a few steps above street level). The bedroom is separate and has one double bed, wardrobe and exit to the veranda. In the living room you will find a drawer bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer and a stove, as well as an exit to another veranda. Here it is possible to add an extra bed or a cot (without extra charge), but the owners note that in this case the comfort of the guests is greatly impaired and called into question, while the possibility of inserting a cot into the bedroom does not exist at all. The apartment has TV, internet, clothes dryer and bathroom with shower and curtain. Both verandas offer a partial view of the sea (one has an awning). There is no air conditioning, but the interior of the building is quite fresh in itself. The guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the apartment, so absolutely no one disturbs them during their stay, and clean towels and bed linen are provided. Pets are allowed in agreement with the owner.
They don't have a yard, however, across the street is a fenced and beautifully landscaped area under the pine trees, where you can relax and socialize. Parking is available in front of the accommodation.
You will find this pleasant house in the Elia area, in the immediate vicinity of the Virginia Hotel.
Given that it is located less than 50m from the beach intended only for guests of this accommodation, Pergiali House is a good choice for families with children, but also for everyone who would enjoy a peaceful vacation away from crowds, noise and massively visited tourist destinations.
