Theodora Villa is located in the center of Fanari, not far from the beach. This accommodation has rooms with sea and street view, ideal for families and couples.

The villa has 18 accommodation units, of which: two single rooms, 12 double rooms, two three-bed rooms and two four-bed rooms. The rooms are located on the first and second floors of the building.
Single rooms are located on the ground floor, have one single bed and a bathroom with a shower. They have a small balcony with a view of the yard and the street.
The double rooms, eight of which are located on the first floor and four on the second floor in the attic, have a double bed/two single beds, a kitchenette (five rooms) and a bathroom with a shower. The rooms have balconies with a view of the sea, the street and the yard (two of which are in the attic).
Triple rooms located on the first floor have one double bed, one single bed/folding armchair, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The balconies have a sea view and a seating area.
Quadruple rooms located on the first floor of the building consist of a French bed, two single beds, a kitchenette (one room) and a bathroom with a shower. The balconies have a view of the sea and the street.
WiFi, air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, a standard refrigerator, as well as an equipped kitchenette with two hotplates, kettle, toaster and coffee maker are available to guests (triple, quadruple and double rooms). On request, it is possible to get a baby cot.
Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days.
Within the building is a beautifully landscaped yard with seating and a common barbecue.
There is no private parking, but a free space can easily be found along the street where the accommodation is located.
