The apartment has two balconies - a large one that can be accessed from the living room and overlooks the yard and a smaller one that overlooks the neighboring building and can be accessed from the bedroom.
The apartment is air-conditioned (air conditioner in the living room), has internet, TV with Serbian and Macedonian channels, mosquito nets and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, has the necessary dishes, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a small stove with two hotplates and an oven, an electric kettle. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation, and for stays longer than 10 nights, it is possible to get a clean set of bed linen and towels in agreement with the owner.
Pets are not allowed.
The balcony in the yard has an awning with seating.
