Lilia Sea House is located 200m from the beach and 1.3km from Skala Furka, a very small place on the Kassandra peninsula, intended for those who want to spend their vacation in a quiet place.
This accommodation offers apartments with two bedrooms, located on the ground floor and on the first floor, and designed to accommodate a maximum of five adults and two children. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom there is either a double bed or two single beds, while in the living room there is either a sofa for two people or two sofas for one person each. Within the living room there is the possibility of adding an extra bed that would be intended for the stay of the seventh person in the apartment.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation with one cooling unit in each apartment, guests have free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a large fridge-freezer, a kettle, a filter coffee machine and a toaster. In some apartments, guests have a washing machine at their disposal, while in other apartments, a laundry service is included in the price. One apartment has a dishwasher.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard, depending on the number of floors, on a veranda or balcony equipped with seating.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and for an additional fee. Upon arrival of guests, whose pet is staying in the accommodation, payment of a guarantee deposit in the amount of €200 is mandatory in case of compensation for possible damage caused by the pet. The deposit will be returned to the guests if the pet has not caused any damage after their stay in the accommodation.
The cleaning of the accommodation, during the stay, is done by the guests themselves, while the change of bed linen and towels is not provided. An additional set of bed linen and towels is available to guests, as well as additional cleaning, for an additional fee and in agreement with the owner.
