The Townhouse Apartment, located in a quieter part of Skala Furka on Kassandra, is the perfect choice for families looking for a relaxing holiday close to the sea. Only 180 meters from the beautiful sandy beach, this apartment offers the ideal combination of privacy, comfort and silence, away from the crowds, yet a step away from all the summer joys.
This family house, ideal for a maximum of eight adults and two children, has a maisonette structure and is spread over three functionally distributed levels. On the ground floor, i.e. on the first level, there is a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen and a smaller toilet. In the living room, there is a sofa for one person suitable for a child, as well as a single bed with a trundle bed, designed to accommodate one adult and one child, providing flexible accommodation space. On the first floor, on the second level, there are two comfortable bedrooms; the first room is equipped with a double bed, while the second room has two beds for one person. The master bathroom is also located on this level. On the third level, in the adapted attic, there is a third bedroom with three beds for one person, providing a special atmosphere and additional privacy.
For carefree nights and peaceful sleep of your babies, the accommodation is equipped with a comfortable and safe cradle, which is ready to welcome your little ones and give them a gentle corner to rest. This carefully selected convenience guarantees that even the smallest members of the family will feel comfortable and cared for during their entire stay.
In order to enjoy a maximum comfortable and carefree stay, this house offers all the necessary facilities. There are two air conditioners in the living room and the attic, which will make summer days more pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. In it you will find a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle and a practical whisk for instant coffee.

In addition, there are two spacious verandas, one at the front and one at the back, both equipped with comfortable seating.
