Vasilis Villa is located 140m from the sandy beach and 1.4km from the square in Skala Furka, on the west coast of Kassandra. The beach near the accommodation has two beach bars, while a wider range of restaurants and shops is located in the center of the town.

The maisonette is spread over three levels and is designed to accommodate a maximum of nine people. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa, a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom, on the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom, while in the attic there is an open gallery with a sleeping area that contains two joined mattresses for two people each.
Within this air-conditioned maisonette, which contains an independent cooling unit in the living room and two bedrooms on the first floor, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, a microwave oven, an espresso coffee machine and a kettle. Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and with an additional fee.
