Dimitrious Resort is a newly built complex that offers very modern units, with new furniture and about a hundred meters from the sea.
This accommodation is located on Golden Beach, 140m from the sandy beach with a long shallow. The first store is located about 200m from the accommodation, where you can also buy some bakery products.
In its offer, Dimitrious Resort has two studios (28m2) and four maisonettes (studios on two levels). Although they are located near the beach, they do not have a view of the sea, as it is blocked by large trees in front of the accommodation.
The studios are located on the ground floor and are equipped in the same way. They have one French bed and a sofa bed for two people. They have their own private little yard, which is partly paved and partly grassy. The studios have a small kitchenette, where you can find dishes and cutlery, as well as a coffee maker.
Two maisonettes (48m2), located on the ground floor, with a private small yard, also have their own private swimming pool, intended for guests staying in these units. On the ground floor there is a couch for two people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette, equipped with dishes and cutlery. On the first floor there is a gallery, equipped with a French bed, as well as an additional bathroom. From the gallery you have access to the balcony, while on the ground floor there is a veranda with seating.
The remaining two maisonettes (42m2) are located on the first floor and are equipped in the same way as the maisonettes on the ground floor, the only difference is that they do not have a private pool. They have two balconies, one accessible from the living room and the other from the gallery.
All accommodation units have a kitchenette (frying is prohibited), bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning and TV, as well as a coffee maker. A baby cot is available on request.
Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every three days.
At the back of the house there is a small common yard, with tables and benches available to all guests.
There is no private parking, but you can leave your vehicle next to or in front of the building.
If you want high-quality accommodation, with new furniture, Dimitrious Resort can be an excellent choice.
When you come down the main road towards Golden Beach from the direction of Limenas and the mountain village of Panagia, you will pass Hotel Aneton on your right, Villa Nostos on your left, and then Hotel Maria on your right. 30-40m after Hotel Maria you reach a large intersection with signposts to villas and hotels, turn right there, after 150m turn left, and then after about a hundred meters (at the campsite) turn right. You will pass the villas of Nicholas, Kaiti and Filippidis, until you reach the accommodation of Dimitrious.
Skala Potamia and the ethnic village of Panagia are a two-minute drive away, and the center of Skala Panagia is a two-minute walk away. Golden Beach is ideal for a quiet family holiday without nightlife and entertainment, with several supermarkets, shops and restaurants. But, if you want more content, especially in the evening, the capital Limenas is a ten minute drive away.
In addition to having an excellent sandy beach (ideal for children), Golden Beach is also excellently located compared to other beaches, because the famous Paradise beach is a ten-minute drive away, Makrijamos, Tarzanas and Nisteri beaches are about 15 minutes away, and Marble Beach is about 18 km away.
