Accommodation: Dimitrious Boutique Apartments

Dimitrious Boutique Apartments is a newly built facility that offers very modern furnished units, with new furniture, in the immediate vicinity of the sea and the beach.

This accommodation is located on Golden Beach, 250m from the sandy beach with a long shallow. It is 400m away from the first store.

In its offer, this facility has four accommodation units: three studios (20m2 - 23m2) and one room without a kitchen (17m2), two each on the first and second floor.

first floor

number 201 is a double room without a kitchen, which has a double bed and stools that can be folded out and a small child can sleep there if necessary. This unit is only 17m2, so it would lose space by unfolding the stool.

number 202 has one double bed and under it two more single beds that can be pulled out, raised to the level of the French bed and have standard mattresses. The owners rent out this studio as a three-bed room, and if necessary, they can also rent it out as a four-bed room, but we must note that the space is greatly reduced if both beds are pulled out.

second floor

number 203 has one double bed and under it another single bed that can be pulled out and one sofa bed for one more person. The single bed that is located under the French bed rises to the level of that bed and has a standard mattress. The owners rent out this studio as a three-bed room, and if necessary, they can also rent it out as a four-bed room, but we must note that the space is greatly reduced if both beds are pulled out.

number 204 has the same bed layout as studio number 202. This studio has two balconies, one of which has a view of the sea in the distance.

All accommodation units have a balcony, mosquito nets, iron, hairdryer, TV and air conditioning. All studios have an equipped kitchen with an induction plate with two hotplates, then a refrigerator, dishes and cutlery, an electric jug, a toaster, a coffee machine. We have to mention that frying food is prohibited. Room number 201 does not have a kitchen, only a refrigerator, a coffee maker and an electric water jug.
All units have bathrooms with shower and glass screen.
A baby cot is available on request.

Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every three days.

The yard, although small, is beautifully landscaped, partly covered with grass and partly paved. There is a covered summer house with a table and chairs for sitting, and the owners can provide a mobile grill if guests request.

The accommodation does not have private parking, so guests can park their cars on the street.

Skala Potamia and the ethnic village of Panagia are a two-minute drive away, and the center of Skala Panagia is a two-minute walk away. Golden Beach is ideal for a quiet family holiday without nightlife and entertainment, with several supermarkets, shops and restaurants. But, if you want more content, especially in the evening, the capital Limenas is a ten minute drive away.

In addition to having an excellent sandy beach (ideal for children), Golden Beach is excellently located compared to other beaches, because the famous Paradise beach is a ten-minute drive away, Makrijamos, Tarzanas and Nisteri beaches are about 15 minutes away, and Marble Beach is about 18 km away.
