Efi Luxury is a high-quality accommodation with a swimming pool that offers its guests complete privacy. The facility is equipped in a modern way with everything you need for a pleasant family vacation. It is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the sea.
Luxury house Efi (110m2) is located on Golden Beach, less than 100m from one of the most famous sandy beaches on Thassos. This is a newly built and modernly equipped facility that can accommodate up to seven people.
On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, large freezer, two ovens, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric water jug...) and a dining table and chairs. The living room opens onto a large terrace with a view of the entire Golden Beach bay, as well as the pool. There is a corner sofa in the living room. There are two air conditioners and one toilet on this floor.
On the middle floor there are two bedrooms where each room has a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. On this floor there is a bathroom with a shower cabin.
On the ground floor there is a third bedroom, which also has a double bed and air conditioning, but is slightly larger than the first two rooms. An extra bed can be added for a child up to 14 years old. The bathroom on the ground floor also has a shower cabin. There is a washing machine in the hallway.
If four people stay in the accommodation, the third bedroom on the ground floor is locked.
From the ground floor there is access to the swimming pool, which has a hydromassage, and deckchairs are placed around the pool.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is provided every two to three days, depending on the length of stay.
The accommodation also has a private parking lot.
You will find this accommodation very easily, you need to come practically to the end of the bay. Continue straight up the hill and immediately turn into the first street on the left, which is actually a dirt road, and the second house, out of two in that street, is Efi.
There are shops and restaurants nearby, and the sandy Golden Beach is one of the most beautiful on the island. The nearest supermarket and bakery are located about 100m away.
For more fun, entertainment and nightlife, Skala Potamia is just a three-minute drive away, and Limenas is 10-15 minutes away.
We recommend Efi Luxury to anyone who wants privacy, as well as new, nicely decorated and very clean accommodation in a good location. There is no noise or traffic, and since it is on a hill, the balcony offers an excellent panoramic view of the town and the beach.
