Verano Luxury Studios is a newly built accommodation, not far from the beach. The studios are nicely decorated, with spacious balconies and great sea and mountain views that all units have.
This accommodation is located on Golden Beach, one of the most popular places on Thassos, which is known for its excellent beach, suitable for families with small children, as it has a long shallow. It is located on a hill, 200m from the beach and the first market is 150m away.
In its offer, Verano Luxury has 11 studios (28m2) for up to four people, five of which are located on the upper ground floor and the remaining six on the first floor. When you enter the main entrance on the high ground floor, you continue past the reception and the entrance to the units is at the back of the building.
On the upper ground floor there are studios 101, 102, 103, 104 and 105. Studio 101 is the first you come across and it is partially suitable for people with a certain type of disability, because the bathroom is completely adapted and the door is wide, so that a wheelchair can pass, but there are steps you have to cross to enter the studio, so this studio is partially adapted for people with disabilities. It has two single beds joined together, with no space between them, and a couch for one person. Studios 102, 103, 104 and 105 are exactly the same and consist of one French bed and a sofa bed that can sleep two people.
On the first floor, there are studios 206, 205, 204, 203, 202 and 201, of which the first four studios are exactly the same in terms of bed arrangement, that is, they have one French bed and a sofa bed for two people, while studios 202 and 201 have two joined single beds (between which there is no space) and a sofa bed for two people.
All accommodation units have a kitchen and a stove with one burner (since cooking is prohibited), air conditioning and TV, balcony, bathroom with shower, safe, hair dryer, mosquito nets, kettle, toaster and small refrigerator.
The yard is spacious and fenced, partially in the shade. There are also paths around the accommodation, near the parts where the grass has not yet sprouted.
Private parking is provided, but with a limited number of spaces, i.e. only for 4-5 vehicles. Other guests can park around the accommodation, where they can find a place.
It is cleaned every day and bed linen and towels are changed every third day.
If you want new accommodation, with a great view and near one of the most popular beaches on the island, Verano Luxury Studios can be an excellent choice.
