It is an excellent choice for everyone who wants to enjoy the view of the sea, to be close to the city center, and yet in a quiet location. There is a sandy beach in front of the house, you only need to cross the street, where there are several cafes that offer sunbeds and umbrellas. A bakery and a shop are located a minute from the house, and the town center is a 5-minute walk away. It is a large house that is divided into two parts, Katerina Mediterranean House and Katerina 2 House. Katerina Mediterranean offers one duplex apartment (45m2) and seven studios (22-25m2). The apartment is located on the ground floor and has two bedrooms with one double bed each. On the ground floor there is also a three-bed studio with one French bed and one single bed each. Other studios are located on the first floor. Four triple rooms have one double bed and one single bed each, and two double rooms have one double bed. All accommodation units have been renovated, except for three three-bed studios. All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, terrace with direct or side view of the sea, bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom of unrenovated studios has a shower with a curtain, while the other accommodation units have a shower cabin. The unrenovated studios have a stove and a small refrigerator in the kitchen, and the renovated ones have a stove, a microwave oven, and a small refrigerator, and the apartment, in addition to a stove and a microwave oven, also has a stove and a large refrigerator. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days. Pets are welcome. A brick barbecue is available to guests in the small inner courtyard. There is no private parking, but there is free public parking nearby. The easiest way to get to the house is when you enter Sarti and walk along the beach street from old to new Sarti, you will see the recognizable white and blue house and you have reached your destination. Katerina Mediterranean House is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to spend their vacation in accommodation that is a step away from the beach and close to the center.

It is suitable for all those who are looking for accommodation in a quiet location, but close to all the facilities that this place has to offer. On the roof terrace guests can use a jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing with a view of the surroundings. It is located about 200m from the beach and about 100m from the town center, thus from shops, taverns, cafes, bakeries. It has a total of eight studios, one with two beds (No. 1), two with three beds (No. 2 and 12), five with four beds (No. 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8) and two with five beds (No. 6 and No. 9). Studios number 1, 2 and 3 are older, while the others are newer. The two-bed studio (No. 1) is located on the ground floor, has an entrance from the street and has a double bed. The three-bed studio (no. 2) on the ground floor has one double bed and one single bed. The three-bed studio (no. 12) on the second floor has one double bed and a sofa for one person. The four-bed studio (No. 3) is also on the ground floor, with one double bed and bunk beds. This studio is not available for booking this season. Another four-bed studio (No. 4) is located on the ground floor, however, it is of more recent construction and also has a double bed and bunk beds. On the first floor, there is one four-bed studio (No. 5) with one double bed and bunk beds, then one five-bed studio (No. 6), which has one double bed, one single bed above the wardrobe and one sofa for two people, as well as another four-bed studio (No. 7) with one double bed and a sofa for two people. On the second floor there is a four-bed studio (no. 8) which is the same as studio no. 7. Five-bed studio (no. 9) is the same as studio no. 6 and is located on the ground floor. All studios have a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, a two-burner stove and the necessary dishes. All bathrooms have a shower cabin. The accommodation units have private balconies with a table and chairs, except for the five-bed studio no. 6 which has a walk-through balcony. All studios have internet, TV, mosquito nets, air conditioning and hair dryer. Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. The yard is small and concreted, and guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the accommodation. A barbecue and a shower are available to guests in the yard. Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, take the second street on the left after entering Sarti. Continue straight and turn left into the fifth street and after 50m you will see the accommodation on the right. Petros House is a good choice for everyone who wants to spend their vacation in a quiet location, close to the beach and all the happenings in this nice place. Located in a quiet place, between the old and the new part of Sarti, this house could be the right choice for families with children, due to the spacious yard, the location and the availability of all the facilities that this place offers. It is about 50m from the beach, and numerous supermarkets, restaurants and taverns are in the immediate vicinity. Theodoroula House has six three-bed studios (24m2). All of them have one double bed and one single bed, and an extra bed can be inserted in three of them. The studios located on the second floor have their own terrace, only one studio on the first floor shares the terrace with the owner. However, in front of it there is a table with chairs only for the guests of this studio. All studios have air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets, a bathroom and a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a two-burner stove and the necessary dishes. If you need a hairdryer, you can ask for one from the owner. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days. There are toys for children in the yard, so this accommodation is ideal for families with small children. Private parking is provided in front of the yard, and the owner is always ready to meet his guests. The easiest way to get to the accommodation is if you turn from the main road Sarti - Siki towards a large supermarket, pass the parking lot and turn into the first street on the right. You will see the house 70m later, on the right. Theodoroula House is an ideal choice for families with children, but also for all those who want the beach and other facilities that Sarti offers to be nearby. Modernly decorated, with hygiene at an enviable level, this accommodation is ideal for everyone who prefers comfort, cleanliness and a good location. The nearest beach is the city beach (sandy), the market is only a minute away, and the town center is about 450m away. We offer two types of four-bed apartments (two each) on the upper ground floor and a three-bed deluxe studio and a five-bed deluxe apartment on the first floor. Four-bed apartments have one double bed in the bedroom, while in the room with the kitchen there is one single bed with a single drawer bed. These two single beds can be put together, or they can be kept apart. Four-bed family apartments, also two, have one double bed in the bedroom, and two single beds in the room with the kitchen. All have a street view. The deluxe studio is equipped with one French bed and one single bed, and has a partial sea view. The deluxe apartment consists of two bedrooms and a kitchen with a dining room. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and a sofa, and in the second there are two single beds. It has a partial sea view. The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have two terraces, TV, internet, mosquito nets, bathroom with hairdryer and equipped kitchen (only the deluxe apartment has an oven). Towels and bed linen are changed every four days. The yard is very small and has a table with chairs. There is no private parking, but there is a parking space in front of and near the accommodation. After entering Sarti from the direction of Vourvourou, you will see a turn to the soccer field opposite Villa Doxa (on the right). Turn into that street, then into the second one on the left and 200m later you will see accommodation on the left. Elena's Apartments are an excellent choice for anyone looking for high-quality accommodation near the beach, shops, taverns and other facilities.

Stavros Compass House is a modernly equipped accommodation located in Novi Sarti in the first row to the sea, just a few steps from the town's sandy beach. It is an ideal choice for everyone who wants to be close to the beach and promenade, as well as to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The accommodation is located only 20 meters from the sandy beach, and it is about 450m from the center. The first nearest market and one of the best bakeries in town is 45m away. It has one two-bed, one three-bed and one four-bed studio and one four-bed apartment. All accommodation units are located on the second floor. The two-bed studio South of 20m2 has one double bed. The three-bed North studio of 25m2 has one double bed and a folding sofa. The four-bed West studio of 30m2 has one double bed, one single bed and a fourth extra bed can be added as needed. The four-bed East apartment of 35m2 has a double bed in the bedroom, and two single beds in the same room where the kitchen is. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet and mosquito nets. The kitchens are equipped with an induction hob, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, as well as all the necessary dishes. North and West studios have a large fridge freezer in the kitchen, while East and South have a small fridge freezer. The bathrooms have a shower cabin and a hairdryer. Also, they have large balconies that are equipped with seating and have a direct view of the sea, except for the South studio, which has a side view of the sea. Bed linen and towels are changed and cleaned every three to four days. It does not have a private parking lot, but you can find a parking space in the public parking lot, which is one street away from the accommodation. Pets are allowed with prior agreement with the owner. The easiest way to get to the accommodation is to turn off the highway towards the football field. Continue straight until the end of the street, turn left and continue straight until you turn into the first street on the left where you will see accommodation on the right at the corner. If proximity to the beach as well as close proximity to the center is important to you, you won't go wrong if you choose Stavros Compass House.

Five minutes' walk from the beach and a little less than the center, there is accommodation Evelen. Modern and beautifully decorated studios are ideal for couples, possibly three-member families. Although at first glance it seems far away, all facilities and the sea can be reached very quickly. It has two studios on the first floor and two studios on the ground floor, while the other two studios on the first floor and the other two studios on the ground floor belong to the other owner, namely the Evelen house. The studios are three-bedded (16m2) and have a double bed, and there is also a drawer bed with the dimensions of a single bed that can be pulled out from under the double bed. Balconies are about 5m2. The studios on the first floor have a panoramic view of Sarti and the beach, while the studios on the ground floor have their own courtyard and a slightly worse view of the sea, but they definitely have it. All studios have a small kitchen, air conditioning (extra charge), internet and TV. The bathrooms are also small, they don't have an enclosed shower area, just a shower and tiles. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. Next to the house there is a barbecue area with a table and chairs. There is also a private parking lot. House rules are from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, you will see the accommodation on the right side of the highway, 250m after entering Sarti. Evelen Studios is a good choice for anyone who wants decent accommodation at good prices. It is suitable for couples or families with small children who are not demanding.

Rena's House is located in the new part of Sarti, a part of the town suitable for families with children, because of the sandy beach and long shallows. It is one of the more affordable in Sarti, with a good price-quality ratio. It is 80m from the beach, and 100m from the nearest supermarket and the town center. It has six three-bed studios, three of which are located on the upper ground floor and three on the first floor. All studios have one double and one single bed, with the possibility of adding another extra bed for a fee, which significantly reduces the space. The kitchens are fully equipped, four studios only have a stove with two hotplates, while two studios also have small ovens, they also have small refrigerators with a freezer compartment, as well as a kettle. The bathrooms have a shower and are completely renovated, and they are separated from the studio by an accordion door. The terraces have views of the neighboring building, and all terraces have dining tables and clothes dryers. All studios are air-conditioned, have TV and wireless internet, and bed linen and towels are changed every four days. The facility is located in a very small yard, next to which there is a private parking lot with enough space for all visitors, and guests have a shower available in the yard. To get to this accommodation, after entering Sarti, you need to take the sixth street to the left (turning before the big supermarket), then right to the big public parking lot. From the parking lot, you will continue south and turn into the second street on the right, and halfway down that street you will see this house on the left. Due to the small number of accommodation units and the quiet location, Rena's House is an excellent choice for families with children, and the advantage of the accommodation is its proximity to all the amenities that Sarti offers. Epohikon Studios is an accommodation close to the center of old Sarti and is an ideal choice for families who want to be surrounded by greenery, but at the same time not far from the events, the promenade and the beach. It is characterized by a good price-quality ratio. It is about 220m away from the beach, and in its immediate vicinity there is a supermarket and a bakery (50m away) as well as a pharmacy (about 40m away). Epohikon Studios offers two two-bed, three three-bed and one four-bed studios, three five-bed apartments, as well as seven wooden bungalows of identical size (20m2). Double studios have one French bed and are located upstairs, at the front of the building. Three-bed studios have one double bed and one single bed each, and are suitable for two adults and one child. All three are located on the side of the building, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The four-bed studio has one double bed and bunk beds, and is located on the ground floor and faces the street. Five-bed apartments have one French bed, two bunk beds and one sofa, and are suitable for two adults and three children. All three are located on the ground floor, two are facing the front and the street, and the third is on the side. All studios and apartments have a balcony (2m2). Bungalows are located on the ground floor, look like separate houses and can accommodate 2-4 people. The spacious yard is a special advantage, considering that accommodations in this area generally do not have this much space. There is a lot of greenery and shade, tables with chairs and enough space for children to play, and there is also a barbecue. Private parking is available 100m from the accommodation for an additional fee. It is necessary to reserve it in advance. In agreement with the owners, you can pay extra for breakfast, and two children can use one meal, because it is very plentiful. There is no private parking, but there are enough parking spaces in the area. The easiest way to get to this accommodation is if, when entering Sarti from the north, you continue straight on the highway until the third exit on the left, where you will turn and drive straight for about 150m, and then you will turn left again, after which you will see this accommodation on your left. It is located in an excellent location, because all amenities and the beach are very close. The owners are very pleasant and are available to the guests for any question and help. They have a lot of experience, because it is a family house that has been rented out to tourists for years, and they will do their best to make you feel at home. The beach is about 60m away, and the center of Sarti about 150m. There are three three-bed studios on offer. The studios have one double bed and one single bed and are all located on the first floor. Two have a direct and one has a side view of the sea. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, internet and TV. In the bathroom, there is a bordered shower area with a curtain. A hairdryer is also available to guests. The kitchens are equipped, they have a stove with two burners, a cooker and small refrigerators with a freezer compartment. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while the hygiene of the studio is maintained by the guests. The disadvantage of this accommodation is that it does not have a yard, which is the case with most accommodation in Sarti, and it can be a problem with parking, especially in the height of the season, but public parking is about 300m away and guests always manage. As part of the accommodation, there is a beach bar in front, whose umbrellas and sunbeds you can use while drinking. You will reach the accommodation by going straight to the beach when you reach the large public parking lot in Sarti, then turn left into the street that goes along the coast, continue straight for about 200m and you will see this building on your left.
