Edem Pool House is a luxury villa located in Hanioti, on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, only 550m from the beautiful beach. Guests can enjoy a private pool, a carefully landscaped yard with deckchairs and a barbecue area, as well as spacious verandas that offer a view of the yard, the pool and the sea in the distance. It is perfect for families and groups of friends who are looking for a luxurious holiday in a peaceful environment, but with beaches within easy reach.
According to its structure, this building is a maisonette on three levels and is intended to accommodate a maximum of ten people. In the basement, on the first level, there is a bathroom and a sleeping area that is not separated by a door from the second level, i.e. the ground floor, where there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, while on the third level, at the level of the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a double bed in the basement, as well as in two bedrooms upstairs, while in the third bedroom there is a sofa for two people, and in the living room a corner sofa for two people.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, in which every living room and every bedroom has a kilim device, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine, iron, ironing board, line for drying clothes, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
With a view of the courtyard, the pool and the sea in the distance, you can spend time on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating.

The cleaning of accommodation units during their stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are available to them, is done by the guests themselves. For all bookings there is a mandatory fee for cleaning the accommodation after the departure of the guests.
