The house is located in the first row to the sea in the Hanioti resort, on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula. The city beach, which is sandy and organized, can be accessed directly from the courtyard, while the main square with a large number of shops, bakeries and restaurants is 850m away.

Masoutis supermarket is 800m away, while smaller shops and bakeries are located about 500m away. Beach bar Achinos is right next to the accommodation.

This apartment is located on the first floor and is designed to accommodate a maximum of five adults and two children (and on the ground floor there is an independent accommodation unit that is rented out separately. Link to the apartment on the ground floor: Lilys house. The apartment has a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, while the other has two joined single beds and a sofa for two people.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, with an independent cooling unit in the kitchen and bedrooms, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and a large oven, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and with an additional fee.
