If you ever dreamed of a house by the sea, Liodentro is even more beautiful than that dream house. It has a beautiful private yard with natural shade and direct access to the beach, and the sea view is beautiful both from the living room and from the yard. It is an excellent choice for larger families or two smaller families. When you stay in this house, you want to stay in it.

Villa Liodentro is located at the exit from Hanioti towards Polichrono. It is tucked away in a very spacious and beautifully landscaped yard that leads you directly to the beach. The manicured and maintained lawn will be a perfect place for children to run around, but also for adults to socialize. The villa has two levels, but only the ground floor is rented out, because the owners come on the first floor during the weekend and try to be as discreet as possible and not disturb the rest of their guests.

The apartment on the ground floor has two bedrooms. One has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. There is also a third room with one bed and a washing machine.

In the large living room there is one bed with a pull-out drawer that can sleep another person. A total of 7 adults can stay in this apartment. The bathroom has a bathtub.

The kitchen is equipped and has a standard stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster. There are not many dishes, but everything you need you can ask the owner and they will be happy to bring it to you. There is one air conditioner in the living room, but air conditioning is absolutely not needed in this house, especially not in the off-season. The insulation in the house is excellent, so it is always fresh and pleasant to sleep with the windows closed.

Guests can clean themselves during their stay if they wish and have a vacuum cleaner and everything necessary for maintenance at their disposal. An additional set of bed linen and towels is available to guests, which they can change independently.

In front of the house there is a large dining table and two large parasols.

The biggest advantage of the house is the fantastic yard that is completely in the shade for part of the day, the smell of the sea, always a pleasant breeze, freshness from the sea, a fantastic view of the turquoise sea, peace. The house also has enough space to park two or more cars in the back of the yard, and guests have at their disposal a private brick barbecue, several deck chairs in the yard that you can take with you to the beach, and umbrellas.

The beach is pebbly on the coast (larger sand and gravel), the first few meters in the water are stones. The sea in this part is extremely clean, transparent, and the great advantage of this part of the beach is that it is not crowded at all. In this part of the beach there are private houses so you have absolute peace on the beach with at most a couple of people at a considerable distance.

The center of Hanioti with all amenities is only 900m away. The street to the center is not too busy, it is not driven fast, but there is no sidewalk along its entire length.
