It is a modern and completely new apartment, which will receive its first guests in the season of 2024. The apartment is equipped with the highest quality furniture, including air conditioning in every room, video surveillance of the building, and private parking. The facility is located just a few minutes' walk from the beach, which is the most suitable for children and families in the resort. The maisonette is located in the most beautiful part of Hanioti, just a few steps away from the biggest super market, and just as far from the city center. Regardless of the immediate proximity to the center, the location of the accommodation is quiet and great for enjoyment.
The accommodation unit consists of two levels and can host a maximum of six people. On the first level (at the ground floor level) there is a bedroom, bathroom and living room with an equipped kitchen, while on the second level (at the level of the first floor) there is an additional bedroom and another bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedrooms, while there is a sofa bed for two people in the living room. There is a veranda on the front and back sides of the building's ground floor, and there is a balcony on the first floor.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is also available.
