Our description Corali Luxury Villas is a complex of luxury penthouses 200m from the beach in Jerisos, in a quiet location, across from the stadium. Maisonettes can accommodate up to five people, and since there are only four of them and they are independent of each other, guests have complete privacy. They are located in a beautifully landscaped yard with a lawn suitable for children's play, and in addition there is a barbecue, summer house, outdoor furniture and bicycles. Outside the yard there are four covered parking spaces, and guests are welcome all year round. The accommodation is located in an area surrounded by greenery to which a dirt road leads. The center of Jerisos is 500m away, the nearest shop and bakery are 400m away, and a restaurant is 200m away. Maisonettes are 45-50 m2, two are smaller and two are larger. Each maisonette on the lower level has a kitchen and living room with two sofas for one person (and an extra bed can be added), as well as a bathroom with a shower with a separate glass partition. On the upper level is the bedroom, which is not separated by a door and has one double bed and a toilet. Maisonettes have a special heating and cooling system, two TVs, internet, a large refrigerator with freezer, stove, hair dryer, mosquito nets and terraces with awnings, and a baby cot is available on request. Cleaning is done every fourth day, and towels and linen are changed every third day. Laundry service is also available, free of charge. One maisonette is suitable for people with disabilities. Maisonette no. 1 VERONIA: This apartment is named after the coral reefs that have inspired various singers with their amazing shapes. Upon entering, you will find yourself in a warm space, bathed in light with two verandas overlooking the sea and the hills of ancient Acanthus. The perfect place for romantic feelings. Our description Patriko Apartments is a new accommodation (built in 2015), located not far from the center of Jerisos. It has four modernly equipped units on the ground floor, suitable for two adults and three children or four adults. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue with wooden furniture, in a fenced and covered area in front, so the accommodation is therefore safe for the youngest and great for socializing. The facility is open all year round. The center of Jerisos with restaurants and taverns is 50-100m away, the nearest market and bakery are about 150m away, and the sandy beach is at a distance of about 400m. Apartments Dimitra (27m2), Katerina (30m2) and Elena (30m2) have similar structures. They have a bedroom with one king size double bed, a kitchen with one pull-out sofa (dimensions of a double bed) and a bathroom with a shower. Studio Maria (27m2) has one king-size bed, two bunk beds, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped in each unit, has a mini-stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle and toaster. All units are air conditioned and feature a TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer and a tumble dryer. They do not have a fenced veranda in front of each apartment, but a fenced common area (the gate is locked), which makes this facility very safe for children. In front of all accommodation units there is a table with chairs. Guests have at their disposal a reception that is on duty for several hours a day. Comfort House, built in 2014, is located on the famous sandy beach Tristinika in Toroni. From the house you can go directly to the beach, there is no road in between, what makes it very safe for families with children. Comfort House can accommodate 8 to 10 people, and there is a possibility to add children's crib. On the ground floor there are bedroom, living room and bathroom, while in the attic there is a room with a sofa that folds out into a double bed for two people and two single beds, and one mattress and the possibility of inserting additional beds. Also, there are two new bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a classic stove with oven. In front of house there is a also equipped summer kitchen with barbecue and stove with oven. In the courtyard there are three showers with hot water and on the beach free parasols and deck chairs for guests. The house has a signal for wireless internet. Doors and windows have mosquito nets, and in the house there are anti-mosquito devices. Guests receive clean towels and bed linen, but the owners do not enter the house during the stay to clean because they feel that guests should have their privacy during their stay.

Also, is 80km from Thessaloniki. It's same distance to Uranoupolis, which is the only way to Mount Athos. Perix House was built in 1986 and it was renovated in the year 2000. It’s rated a “two key” Family Hotel. The Hotel is built in three levels with a large lawn on two different levels. We have available twenty studios in three levels including nine two room(or Duplex) and nine single room studios suitable for couples and families with up to three children. Our duplex apartments can accommodate up to five people, two in main bedroom, one in the kitchen and 2 children in the raised platform bed (see pictures). We have green lawn in two different levels and a playground on each level for children to play all day safely inside a protected area. There are also 2 Built BBQ sets 1 on each level available for the tenants. The lower level lawn is at the back of the Hotel, and the upper level lawn is situated in the front of the Hotel. Plenty of parking is available. We are situated 400m from the sea, between Neos Marmaras and Porto Carras in Sithonia Chalkidiki.

Irini Pension is a renovated (2017) and nicely decorated accommodation with a reception and a summer house near Ouranopolis. It has 13 studios (28-30m2) for 2-4 people and one five-bed apartment. It is an excellent base for touring Athos and is open all year round. Irini Pension is located on a hill above the main road, 700m from the center. The nearest market, bakery, restaurant and undeveloped sandy beach with small pebbles that can be reached by stairs are 150m, and the nearest landscaped beach is about 1km away. Accommodation units are air conditioned and come with internet access, TV, hairdryer and safety deposit box. If someone needs a laundry service (charged), they can contact the owners. Cleaning is done daily, while linen and towels are changed every two days. The reception on the ground floor is on duty during the day. There is also a fountain in the small yard.
