Palmera Villa is located in Jerisos, in a good location, at a distance of about 8-9 minutes' walk from a completely sandy beach. There are also a large number of beach bars nearby.
The villa has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have two joined single beds, while the third bedroom has one double bed. In the living room there is a sofa designed for two more people. Upon previous request, it is possible to provide up to four auxiliary (ranch) beds.
The accommodation has one air conditioner, fan, WiFi internet, TV, washing machine and hair dryer. A cot and a baby feeder can be provided upon prior request. Children up to the age of four stay for free if they sleep in a bed with their parents.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a large oven, large fridge with freezer, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher.
There is one toilet on the ground floor, while on the first floor there is a bathroom with a shower cabin.
On the high ground floor there is a large balcony that surrounds the entire building, while on the first floor there are three more terraces.
In the spacious yard, guests have at their disposal a summer house with tables and chairs, deckchairs, lawn, outdoor shower and barbecue. On request, it is possible to provide a trampoline for children, as well as other facilities. Two bicycles are also available to guests.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival, and one additional set is available during the stay.
The accommodation is open all year round, and in the colder months guests have a fireplace at their disposal.
A parking space is provided in front of the house and guaranteed for the guests of the accommodation.
