Opis smeštaja Vila Erofili se nalazi na svega 70m od plaže u Pefkohoriju i raspolaže sa ukupno osam prostranih i čistih apartmana (40m2), od kojih je jedan dupleks. Centar i šetalište su u blizini, pa su večernji sadržaji lako dostupni. Centar je udaljen oko 100m, dok se najbliži supermarket, pekara i restoran nalaze na svega 50m (supermarket Masoutis je udaljen oko 100m). Apartmani su klimatizovani, imaju kuhinju sa mini-šporetom sa rernom, velikim frižiderom sa zamrzivačem, električnim čajnikom i neophodnim posuđem, internet i TV. Kupatila su nova, sa ograđenim delom za tuširanje bez zavese. Samo dupleks apartman ima veš mašinu, a ako nekome zatreba fen, može da se obrati ljubaznim vlasnicima. Gosti sami održavaju higijenu u apartmanu, dok se zamena peškira i posteljine vrši na 4-5 dana. U malom dvorištu su vam na raspolaganju tuš i crevo. Privatni parking nije obezbeđen, pa se možete parkirati u neposrednoj blizini (u špicu sezone može biti malo više gužve u okolini, pa budite spremni i na to). Caldera Apartment is a new apartment (50m2) with two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. It was equipped in 2015. It is located in a quiet location (450m from the sea), near the old square (100m) and the beautiful church, i.e. the very center of Pefkohori. It is ideal for a family of four. Nearby are shops, restaurants, pizzerias and taverns with Greek food and music. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a complete kitchen and a new bathroom. The first bedroom is equipped with a new double bed, and the second with two new single beds. All rooms are modernly decorated with new furniture. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, a stove, a refrigerator and a dining table. The apartment is oriented on two sides, it has two terraces with a view of the sea.

The apartment (60 m2) is located on the first floor and has two levels. You enter the living room (where there is an air conditioner), and to the left and right is a bedroom. Narrow wooden stairs lead from the living room to the gallery, which is open, without a door (not in use). So, on the lower level there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, coffee maker, stove and oven, a bathroom with a shower, a living room and two bedrooms (with one French or two single beds). The apartment is air-conditioned, has internet, TV with local Greek channels, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, fireplace, three large terraces with comfortable seating, awnings and clothes dryers, as well as a brick barbecue and a shower in the yard. Towels are not available, and bed linen is changed (the owners leave a set) halfway through the stay, if the stay is longer than seven nights. Description Alexander Hotel is an accommodation in a quiet location, close to the church and post office in Pefkohori. It offers 14 units with a kitchen, capacity 2-5 persons. It is an older building, but the units are very well maintained and clean. The beach is 300m away, the center is about 200m away, the nearest bakery is 150m away, and the nearest shop and restaurant are just 50m away. The units are 25-35m2, arranged on the first and second floors. Of the total 14, nine are studios for 2-3 persons, and five are four-bed duplex apartments, which can accommodate also a fifth person. All units are air-conditioned, have a TV and a terrace with awning. Internet is only available in common areas. A hairdryer can be taken from the owner for use, and a baby cot can be provided upon request at the time of booking. The units have a small fridge and stove in the kitchen, as well as all the necessary utensils. Bathrooms feature shower curtains. The units are cleaned daily, with towels and bed linen changed every three days. The accommodation has a very small courtyard, where there is no space for sitting and children's play. Since there is no private parking, guests park their cars nearby. Horizon Studios is a new and very clean beach accommodation in Pefkohori. It has seven accommodation units on the first floor, five of which have a view of the sea, and there is a cafe and snack bar below. One of the main advantages is the private parking lot, with enough space for all guests. The beach in front of the accommodation is sandy. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to guests, which can be used free of charge, with the obligation that each person orders a drink or food from the bar for a minimum of 8e. Of the five studios with a view of the sea, four are for two people (28m2), and one is for three people (30m2), so in addition to one French bed, there is also an extra bed. The three-bed apartment (28m2) has one double bed in the bedroom and one smaller double bed in the kitchen. It overlooks the yard. A four-bed family apartment (33m2) can accommodate two adults and 2-3 children. There is one double bed in the bedroom and two bunk beds (and one additional drawer bed under the lower bed) in the kitchen. Both the family and triple apartments overlook the parking lot and have a partial view of the hill. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a kitchenette with a small fridge, two-burner stove, electric kettle and basic dishes, internet, TV with satellite channels, hair dryer, safe, terrace and bathroom with shower, and a baby cot is available on request. Cleaning is done daily, and towels and bed linen are changed every three days. The windows of the accommodation units have triple glazing, in order to neutralize the noise, but the facility is more recommended for younger people because next to this house there is a cafe where loud music is played until late at night.
