Sea View Villas is an accommodation above the main road in Vourvourou, about 300m from the sea. The accommodation is furnished luxuriously and with taste, it is extremely clean, so it can be an excellent choice for anyone who wants to spend a peaceful and pleasant vacation, and proximity to the beach is not their priority. It is 800m from the first market, and 3km from the first tavern. We offer five separate apartments on two levels for a maximum of six people, each with its own yard. Four six-bed apartments (80m2) have a living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet with a washing machine on the lower level, and a bathroom and two bedrooms with one double bed and one single with a drawer bed on the upper level. The fifth apartment (67m2) has the same layout as the others, only it is smaller. Two apartments have a private pool (dimensions 3x5m). Apartments are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, kitchen with large fridge, stove, toaster and electric kettle, terrace with sea view and bathroom with shower and curtain. Cleaning (everything except the kitchen) is done daily, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days. The yard is cascading, well-kept, with a nice lawn and plenty of greenery, and guests have a barbecue and a secured parking space. After passing Lofos Vourvourou on the left, drive another 50m, turn right, then continue uphill on the paved road until you reach this accommodation.

It provides a pleasant vacation with an excellent price-quality ratio, and hygiene at a high level. The beach is about 100m away, and the nearest shop is about 300m away. The accommodation consists of eight apartments, six with four beds (33m2) and two apartments with two bedrooms (50m2). The four-bed apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the room with the kitchen, which makes two single beds. The four-bed apartments are located on the high ground floor and on the first floor. The first apartment with two bedrooms has one French, that is, one French and one single bed in two bedrooms and is located on the upper ground floor. Going along the highway, 115m after you pass Filio Sonia Studios, turn left, then continue for about 180m until you see this accommodation on the left. The yard is large, fenced and carefully maintained, full of greenery and flowers, offers numerous facilities - deck chairs and umbrellas for sunbathing, a children's playground, as well as two summer houses with barbecue. From the yard there is direct access to the private sandy beach, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas that guests can use free of charge, and they also have two canoes available for additional fun. Private parking is provided in the yard, and guests also have access to a boat ramp. Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. There are also two washing machines that can be used free of charge. It consists of eight accommodation units, one apartment, six studios and one bungalow. It was built twenty years ago, although every year something is renovated, and the last major renovation was in 2015. The four-bed apartment (35m2) has one double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa for two in the room where the kitchen is. We would like to mention that the pillows can be removed from the couch and that both couches have very high quality mattresses. The apartment is located on the first floor and overlooks the sea. There is also one double studio (28m2) with a double bed, located on the first floor and overlooking the sea, while five three-bed studios (28m2) have one double bed and one single couch. Three are located on the ground floor, while two are on the first floor and all have a view of the sea. The four-bed bungalow is a separate house in the same yard, it has a double bed in the bedroom and two sofas in the living room with kitchen. The bathroom in the bungalow has a glass-enclosed shower. All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, WiFi, mosquito nets, separate terraces with a table and chairs for sitting (the apartment has a dining table inside), awnings, as well as lines for drying clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary dishes, a refrigerator and two hotplates. The bathroom has a shower tub with a curtain. Bed linen and towels are changed, as well as cleaning, every three days. Small pets are allowed upon agreement with the owner. We would like to mention that the access to the accommodation is somewhat worse. Five-bed apartment I is a ground-floor house (50m2) with two bedrooms, one with a double bed, or two single beds, and a living room with a sofa bed. The four-bed apartment II (40m2) is located on the ground floor and is part of the owner's house. It is a duplex apartment, with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single, and a living room with a sofa bed. Both apartments are equipped with internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, kitchen and bathroom. When you pass the entrance to Vourvourou, you will drive until you pass the Pizzeria Rio on the left and after 500m you will see the accommodation Dallas on the right. The accommodation is an excellent choice for all those who want a decent accommodation with a nicely landscaped yard, come by car and plan to visit the surrounding beaches.

The accommodation is not new, but it is maintained and due to the spacious and fenced yard, it is a good choice for families with children. We offer only a five-person apartment with two bedrooms on two levels (75m2) located on the first floor. It has three air conditioners, a large plasma TV, WiFi internet and mosquito nets. The bedroom in the attic has two joined single beds and a balcony (10m2) with a table, chairs and a partial view of the sea and the mountains. In the second bedroom there are also two joined single beds, and on the same floor there is also a bathroom with a bathtub. In the lower part there is a living room with one sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, with necessary dishes, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle and microwave.
