White Stone Villa is located in the town of Kallithea, in an exceptional location, only 100 meters from the sandy beach and about 500 meters from the town center. It is one of the few facilities in the immediate vicinity of the beach and is designed for up to ten people. From the terraces there is a view of the sea, which makes the stay particularly pleasant.
The villa is located within a residential complex and is spread over two levels. Shops and restaurants are approximately 500 meters away.
On the ground level, seen from the entrance to the accommodation, there is a living room with a large corner sofa, a kitchen with a dining room, one bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. On the first floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a curtain, as well as two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the other has a single bed with a pull-out bed. This room also has an open gallery that can be used as an additional sleeping space, with three mattresses on the floor.
On request, it is possible to provide a baby cot, at no additional charge.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and has air-conditioning in the living room and in the upstairs bedrooms. Guests have at their disposal a TV, WiFi internet, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a large oven, a four-burner flat plate, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave and a dishwasher.
The villa has two terraces, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The ground floor terrace is spacious and equipped with seating, and both terraces offer a view of the turquoise sea. In front of the entrance, in the shade, there is a table tennis table available to guests. There is also a barbecue in the courtyard part of the accommodation.
The stay of small pets is allowed with prior agreement with the owners and with an additional fee.
Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. Additional cleaning, as well as change of towels and bed linen, are available for an additional fee, while an additional fee for final cleaning after departure is mandatory for all reservations.
Two parking spaces are provided for guests of the villa.
