Windmill Villa is a two-story house located in a peaceful and quiet part of Sithonia in Halkidiki, only 20m from the sea and Kalives beach. Just a few steps in front of the villa you can step onto the sandy shore and enjoy the crystal blue sea. The sound of the waves, the song of the birds, the gentle breeze and the scents of olives and oleanders will complete your perfect summer vacation. The villa is 1.7 km from the town center and shops, where you can find well-equipped markets, bakeries and taverns.
The villa is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests (maximum 10 adults) and consists of five bedrooms, four of which have double beds, one with two single beds, while the living room has a sofa bed for two. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a washing machine, a bathroom, two bedrooms, a toilet and a large veranda with a dining area. The first floor is reached by an external staircase and comprises a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a drinks bar, a bathroom and a laundry room. The second floor is connected to the first by an internal staircase and has a bathroom, toilet, shower and three bedrooms.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, where the living room and each bedroom have independent air conditioners, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, flat-screen TVs in all rooms, three bathrooms, two toilets, two washing machines, three hair dryers and fully equipped kitchens. The kitchens include a stove with four glass ceramic rings, a large oven, two microwave ovens, two large refrigerators with freezers (on the ground floor and on the first floor), a small refrigerator on the second floor, two dishwashers, two Nespresso and filter coffee machines each, as well as toasters and kettles.
The hosts thought of every detail, so they welcome guests with two bottles of wine and fresh fruit as a welcome gift. In the shade of a spacious, beautifully decorated and maintained yard with stone paths and romantic lanterns, guests can enjoy themselves on deckchairs or sofas. For barbecue lovers, there is a summer kitchen with a built-in grill, while the youngest can play football on the grass or use the basketball court that is an integral part of the property.
From May 2025, guests will have access to a 45m² private pool in the front part of the yard, overlooking the beach (the pool is currently under construction).
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea on balconies and verandas with seating, or on deckchairs in the shade of the pergola and olive trees. On request and at no extra cost, a baby cot and high chair are available (up to three of each).
Guests are provided with two umbrellas and eight sunbeds that they can take to the beach, as well as four bicycles (two for adults and two for children). Pets are allowed with prior request and without additional charge.
Cleaning during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every fifth day. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Parking is provided within the property. If you like water sports, on the beach a few hundred meters away, you can rent equipment such as jet skis or paddle boats.
