Rodia Apartments is located in Kariotes, just 3km from Lefkada town on the island of Lefkada. The nearest beach is about 1.1 km away, and in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there are taverns, pizzerias, cafes, a bakery and a mini-market.
Accommodation consists of three apartments located on the ground floor:
Apartment 1: Ideal for up to three people, it offers a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa in the living room with a kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
Apartment 2: It has two bedrooms and can host up to five adults or four adults and two children. Both bedrooms have a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two children or one adult. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain.
Apartment 3: Includes one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, with a maximum capacity of four people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin.
A baby cot is available free of charge on request.
All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer and mosquito nets. Fully equipped kitchens include a large fridge-freezer, four-burner stove and oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Each unit has its own private veranda with seating and views of the courtyard. The yard is fenced, paved and decorated with numerous potted plants. Parking is provided within the property.
Small pets are welcome at no extra charge.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the apartments during their stay, and cleaning products are provided. Bins for general and recycling waste are located 30 meters from the accommodation, on the right side of the main street. Clean sheets and towels are delivered on the morning of the fourth day, and guests are responsible for changing them.
