Villa Santa Evridiki is located in Kariotes (Lygia), about 800m from the beach of the same name. The facility offers apartments for two to five people, and guests have access to a private parking lot and a beautifully decorated, fenced yard. The villa is located in a quiet environment, but close to the center of Lefkas and the promenade, which makes evening activities easily accessible.
The villa consists of three apartments. The three-bed apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the kitchen area, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a child. The four-bed apartment includes a double bed and a sofa with a drawer-bed in the kitchen area, while the 4+1 apartment has a double bed and two sofas.
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (large stove with oven, large refrigerator, aspirator, necessary dishes), as well as toaster, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, mosquito nets, TV and bathroom. The largest apartment has a bathroom without a shower, only with tiles and a curtain. Each unit has its own veranda on the ground floor (slightly raised from ground level) with seating.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three nights, while guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the apartments.
In the beautifully decorated and fenced yard there is a space for private parking.
Pets are allowed and stay free of charge, with prior inquiry when booking.
