Our description If you have decided to spend your vacation in a quiet place and more modest accommodation, then Magda Rooms is a great choice for you and your family. It is located in a large, grassy, fenced yard and one of the more affordable accommodations is ideal for undemanding guests. Magda Rooms is a ground floor house in Sikia, 200m from the beach. The beach is long and wide, it is suitable for children, because the sand is fine, the sea is shallow and clean, and there is mostly no crowds. Every morning, a van with bakery products passes by the house, a supermarket is about 500m away, and a pizzeria and restaurant are close by. We offer four studios with one French (smaller dimensions) and a single bed, with the possibility of inserting an extra bed. Each studio has a bathroom, kitchen, internet, TV, mosquito nets and air conditioning, and if necessary, it is possible to add a cot (on request). The studios are very neat and the owners are very kind and unobtrusive. The furniture is not new, but it is well maintained, and the studios are small, clean and nicely furnished. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days, and guests take care of the hygiene of the studio during their stay. The house was built on a plot of 2500 square meters, under lawn, trees and fruits. Paradise yard is the first thing that leaves an impression, and guests have at their disposal a brick barbecue with seating, as well as private parking in the shade. Accommodation is very easy to reach. Coming from the direction of Sarti towards Sykia, you will see a turn to the left marked by three beaches: Ai Ioannis, Griavas and Valti. This turn is the first turn to the left after the turn for Camp Valti. When you turn into that street, go straight and after 700m you will see accommodation on the right. Magda Rooms is a convenient choice for families who want to spend their vacation in peace, close to the sea. The large, flat yard with a neat lawn and lots of shade is perfect for children to play and run. It is an excellent base for visiting the surrounding places and beautiful beaches in Sithonia. Owner's description Magda Studios is a complex located near the beach of St. John, 100 meters from the sea. The house has four studios built in a row in a large fenced area with trees and shade. We are located right next to the Morpho house. Our studios have kitchens equipped with all necessary utensils, TV, hot water and terraces with tables for each studio separately. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free 24-hour internet is also available to guests.

Nissos Rooms is a newer accommodation (opened in 2015), located on the island of Amouliani. Accommodation units can accommodate up to three people, are nicely decorated, comfortable and exude cleanliness. The facility is located in a quiet environment, but close to the center, so evening facilities are easily accessible. The beach and the center are about 300m away, the nearest market is 100m away, the bakery is 50m away and the nearest restaurant is less than 100m away. We offer nine rooms, four double (15-17m2) and five triple (20m2), and several rooms have side sea views. Rooms are air conditioned, have internet access (own router), TV, terrace with hairdryer, mosquito nets, small refrigerator, electric kettle (bringing other cooking appliances is strictly prohibited!), Safety deposit box and hair dryer. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. A baby cot is available on request. Bed linen and towels are changed every two days, while cleaning is daily. A reception and a lift are at guests ’disposal. Private parking is not available, so guests park their vehicles nearby. Comfort House, built in 2014, is located on the famous sandy beach Tristinika in Toroni. From the house you can go directly to the beach, there is no road in between, what makes it very safe for families with children. Comfort House can accommodate 8 to 10 people, and there is a possibility to add children's crib. On the ground floor there are bedroom, living room and bathroom, while in the attic there is a room with a sofa that folds out into a double bed for two people and two single beds, and one mattress and the possibility of inserting additional beds. Also, there are two new bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a classic stove with oven. In front of house there is a also equipped summer kitchen with barbecue and stove with oven. In the courtyard there are three showers with hot water and on the beach free parasols and deck chairs for guests. The house has a signal for wireless internet. Doors and windows have mosquito nets, and in the house there are anti-mosquito devices. Guests receive clean towels and bed linen, but the owners do not enter the house during the stay to clean because they feel that guests should have their privacy during their stay.

Perix House was built in 1986 and it was renovated in the year 2000. It’s rated a “two key” Family Hotel. The Hotel is built in three levels with a large lawn on two different levels. We have available twenty studios in three levels including nine two room(or Duplex) and nine single room studios suitable for couples and families with up to three children. Our duplex apartments can accommodate up to five people, two in main bedroom, one in the kitchen and 2 children in the raised platform bed (see pictures). We have green lawn in two different levels and a playground on each level for children to play all day safely inside a protected area. There are also 2 Built BBQ sets 1 on each level available for the tenants. The lower level lawn is at the back of the Hotel, and the upper level lawn is situated in the front of the Hotel. Plenty of parking is available. We are situated 400m from the sea, between Neos Marmaras and Porto Carras in Sithonia Chalkidiki.

Irini Pension is a renovated (2017) and nicely decorated accommodation with a reception and a summer house near Ouranopolis. It has 13 studios (28-30m2) for 2-4 people and one five-bed apartment. It is an excellent base for touring Athos and is open all year round. Irini Pension is located on a hill above the main road, 700m from the center. The nearest market, bakery, restaurant and undeveloped sandy beach with small pebbles that can be reached by stairs are 150m, and the nearest landscaped beach is about 1km away. Accommodation units are air conditioned and come with internet access, TV, hairdryer and safety deposit box. If someone needs a laundry service (charged), they can contact the owners. Cleaning is done daily, while linen and towels are changed every two days. The reception on the ground floor is on duty during the day. There is also a fountain in the small yard. Across from the guest house there is a fenced seating area, where guests can order breakfast (extra charge) and enjoy the beautiful view of Ouranopolis.
