Agnantio Studios is located three kilometers from the beautiful beach of Kathisma and four kilometers from the village of Agios Nikitas. The building is located on a hill and offers a magnificent view of the sea, surrounded by a large olive grove. All accommodation units have a view of the sea, and private parking is also available to guests.
The capital of the island, Lefkada, is about 16 km away, while the famous Kathisma beach is three kilometers from the accommodation. The nearest bakery and shop are about 4 km away.
We offer two-bed studios, as well as apartments for three and four people. All accommodation units are extremely spacious (about 40 m²) and are located on the ground floor.
Double studios have a double bed. Three-bed apartments have a bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a single bed or a sofa for one person. The four-bed apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, while the living room has two single beds or a sofa for two people.
Each accommodation unit is air-conditioned and equipped with TV, internet, bathroom, mosquito nets, large balcony and fully equipped kitchen.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is done daily. Guests are provided with private parking.
Agnantio Studios is an ideal choice for families and couples looking for quality accommodation in a peaceful environment. The only minor drawback could be a slightly longer distance from the beach, but the location of the villa is exceptional - located on a hill above Nikitas, with a fantastic view of the sea.
