Evi's studios is located just 3 km from the fantastic beach of Katisma and 4 km from the town of Agios Nikitas. It offers comfortable, neat studios that can host up to 3 people. A wonderful view of the sea is certainly one of the advantages of this accommodation. Private parking and internet are available to guests.
The capital of the island, Lefkas, at a distance of about 16 km.
The nearest bakery and shop are located at a distance of about 4 km.
Evi's Studios has three studios (40m2) in separate residential units, each with a double bed and a sofa bed.
The studios are air-conditioned, have a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a chamber, an electric kettle and a coffee maker, a TV, a bathroom with a hair dryer, mosquito nets and a veranda with a view of the sea.
Bed linen and towels are changed every third day, while hygiene in the studios is maintained by the guests.
Private parking and wireless internet are available to guests.*
Pass Agios Nikitas and continue on the road to Exantia. Drive about 4 km until you come across a building on the right.
Evi's Studios is an ideal choice for families and couples who want excellent accommodation in a peaceful environment. The only drawback of the villa is a slightly longer distance from the beach, but it compensates for this with a fantastic position and sea view. The building was built in 2012.
*Given that there is no landline in the area, the speed and flow of the Internet are very limited.
