Onar Studios is a quality accommodation located close to the center of Afitos. We offer three accommodation units, intended for a stay of two to five people. Guests have at their disposal a spacious, fenced and nicely decorated yard with a portable barbecue, in front of which there is a space where it is possible to leave a vehicle.
The nearest market and bakery are about 500 meters away, while the beach can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, at a distance of about 800 meters. The building was built in 2008 and is located above the main road, near the entrance to Afitos, in a good position between Kallithea and Afitos.
The accommodation has eight studios of about 25 m², located on the first and second floors, one apartment of about 50 m² and one two-bed studio on the ground floor. The studios are equipped with one French bed or two joined single beds, while the owner adds an extra bed for a third person if needed. The apartment is the only unit suitable for people with disabilities and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen where there are two single beds. An extra bed is also available in the apartment, so its maximum capacity is five people.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and stove, while the apartment has a mini-stove with an oven. Internet, TV, hair dryer, safety deposit box, as well as bathroom with enclosed shower and curtain are available to guests. Laundry service is charged additionally, and an iron is available upon request, upon contacting the owners.
The studios on the upper floors have spacious terraces with a view of the sea in the distance, while in front of the apartments and studios on the ground floor there are verandas. In the yard there is a large swing, while at the back there is a table with chairs for sitting. Mosquito nets are available exclusively on the apartment windows.
Towels and bed linen are changed, as well as cleaning of accommodation units, is done every four days, while the cleaning lady visits the accommodation every day.
