The house was built in 2008 and has an area of 158 m². It consists of three bedrooms and a spacious living room. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, one of which has its own bathroom with shower and curtain. The third bedroom has two single beds. In the living room there is another double bed, a dining table with chairs and a kitchen equipped with a large fridge, stove, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. From the common area, you enter the second bathroom, which has a bathtub. From the 2019 season, a sofa bed is also available in the living room, which can be used as needed.
The house does not have air conditioning, but guests have four fans at their disposal, which so far has not been a problem during their stay. A washing machine, iron, cot, wireless internet, TV and hair dryer are also available in the accommodation. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the change of towels and bed linen, is done every three to four days.
The living room leads to the terrace, and the yard is spacious, green and fenced. There is a table with chairs and a barbecue in the shade, which allows guests to enjoy a pleasant stay outdoors during the day and evening. Private parking is provided within the yard.
