The facility has eight accommodation units, designed for a maximum of four people. Accommodation units are located on the first, second, third, fourth and fifth floors of a building with an elevator. There is a private parking lot on the ground floor. Deluxe apartments are located on the first, second and third floors, while Loft studio units, organized as maisonettes, are located on the fourth and fifth floors.
Deluxe apartments can accommodate up to four people and consist of a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. There are a total of six such apartments, two on each floor.
Studio Loft units are spread over two levels and can also accommodate up to four people. On the lower level there is a living room with a sofa bed for two people, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom, while on the upper level, on the open gallery, there is a French bed.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned. Deluxe apartments have two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. All units have a balcony with a view of the city and the sea in the distance. Free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two hotplates, large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster are available to guests. A washing machine is also available in the two Deluxe accommodation units. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower tub with a glass screen. On request, within the price, a baby cot can be provided. There is also the option of paying extra for breakfast or brunch, with a choice of six menus.
Guests enter clean accommodation and during their stay take care of maintaining hygiene themselves, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. There is an optional cleaning service surcharge for all bookings.
