In the living room there are two sofas for one person each. All rooms, as well as the living room, open onto a large balcony with a view of the yard and the street, with seating.
The accommodation has two air conditioners (one in the living room and the other in the bedroom with a double bed), TV, WiFi, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a toaster and a coffee machine. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed halfway through their stay for reservations longer than seven nights.
